Dear
Saints,
Today we prayerfully continue our
Feast by reading the book of Lamentations Chapter 1; “Ezekiel's vision of God, and of the angelic
host. (1-14) The conduct of Divine Providence. (15-25)A revelation of the Son of man upon his heavenly
throne. (26-28).
Overview; Ezekiel was one of the priests; he
was carried captive to Chaldea with Jehoiachin. All his prophecies appear to
have been delivered in that country, at some place north of Babylon. Their chief
object appears to have been to comfort his brethren in captivity. He is directed
to warn of the dreadful calamities coming upon Judea, particularly upon the
false prophets, and the neighbouring nations. Also to announce the future
restoration of Israel and Judah from their several dispersions, and their happy
state in their latter days, under the Messiah. Much of Christ will be found in
this book, especially in the conclusion.” - Matthew Henry Concise.
The first three
verses introduce Ezekiel a priest in the service of the most High God and he is
having a vision. The Holy Spirit of the
Lord came to Ezekiel (see
Ezekiel 1:1-14 )
in this vision he is explaining as best he can the Glory of God.
The providence
of
God (see
Ezekiel 1:15-25)
is
being expressed in all of
God’s
Glory.
Ezekiel
is trying to express the Glory
of God
on the throne;
“26 And above the
expanse over their heads there was the likeness of a throne, in appearance like
sapphire; and seated above the likeness of a throne was a likeness with a human
appearance. 27 And upward
from what had the appearance of his waist I saw as it were gleaming metal, like
the appearance of fire enclosed all around. And downward from what had the
appearance of his waist I saw as it were the appearance of fire, and there was
brightness around him. 28 Like the
appearance ofthe bow that is in the cloud on the day of rain, so was the
appearance of the brightness all around.
Such was the appearance of the likeness of the glory of
the Lord. And when I saw it, I fell on my face, and I heard the voice of one
speaking.” Ezekiel 1:26-28
English Standard Version (ESV). Prophesy and visions by the Holy Spirit filling the
people of God did not pass with the Old Testament; (see
Acts 2:17) the Holy Spirit is still alive in today’s
Church according to God’s Word. “21 Therefore put away all filthiness and rampant wickedness and receive
with meekness the implanted word, which is able to save your souls.”
John 15:10 ESV. Remember this at all times Saints (see
1 John 2:15) while we live and serve God in the world we are
followers of Jesus. Let our every action
and word (see
Matthew 5:16) Glorify God in the
name of Jesus.

“10 Finally, be
strong in the Lord and in his mighty power.” Ephesians
6:10
Dear
Saints,
Today we prayerfully continue our
Feast by reading the book of Lamentations Chapter 5;
“The Jewish nation supplicating the Divine favour.
Verses
1-16 Is any afflicted? Let him pray; and let him in prayer pour out
his complaint to God… But the sins of a
man's whole life will be punished with vengeance at last, unless he obtains an
interest in Him who bare our sins in his own body on the tree.
Verses
17-22 The people of God express deep concern for the ruins of the
temple, more than for any other of their calamities… Let Zion then be remembered
by us in our prayers, and her welfare be sought above every earthly joy. Spare,
Lord, spare thy people, and give not thine heritage to reproach, for the heathen
to rule over them.” - Matthew Henry Concise.
Like God’s
chosen people sometimes we may feel sick all over as if (see
Lamentations 5:17-22) God
has left us. If this is how you feel it
is time to pray and (see
Romans 10:17 )
read the Word of God for a refreshing of your faith. “21 Restore us to
yourself, O Lord, that we may be restored! Renew our days as of old— 22 unless you
have utterly rejected us, and you remain exceedingly angry with
us.” Lamentations 5:21-22 English Standard Version
(ESV). Because it is not God Who (see
Hebrews 13:5) has drifted away. “10 If you keep my commandments, you will abide
in my love, just as I have kept my Father's commandments and abide in his love.”
John 15:10
ESV. Our
faith in God’s Holy Word (see James 2:20, James 2:14) will serve
to produce work in the name of Jesus. Do
everything you do with prayer (see
Philippians 4:6) and supplication in the name of our Lord
Jesus. Hang in there Saint (see
Ephesians 6:18) be continually
praying for your brothers and sisters in Jesus everywhere.
Is Jesus is calling you? Do you believe the bible is truly God’s Word?
Do you want to find true happiness, peace and
purpose in your life? If the answer is
yes to any of these questions please click the following link;

Dear
Saints,
Today
we prayerfully continue our Feast by reading the book of Lamentations Chapter 4;
“The deplorable state of the nation is contrasted with its ancient
prosperity.” - Matthew
Henry Concise.
The beauty of the nation of Zion is tarnished by sin; (see
Lamentations
4:1-12) her rulers and populace did not believe their enemies could harm
her. Jerusalem’s priests and prophets
sinned against God, (see Lamentations
4:13-20) The Lord’s chosen leader was caught in the enemies trap. Their sin being paid for by the mercy
of God they come home (see Lamentations 3:37-41) while their enemies sins are brought to light.
“21 Rejoice and be glad, O daughter of Edom, you who
dwell in the land of Uz; but to you also the cup shall pass; you
shall become drunk and strip yourself bare.
22 The punishment of your iniquity, O daughter of
Zion, is accomplished; he will keep you in exile no longer; but your
iniquity, O daughter of Edom, he will punish; he will uncover your sins.”
Lamentations
4:21-22 English
Standard Version (ESV). The sin of all mankind (see Ephesians
2:8-9) demonstrates the need for grace in Jesus name. “9 Therefore God has highly exalted him and
bestowed on him the name that is above every name, 10 so
that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, in heaven and on earth
and under the earth, 11 and every tongue confess
that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.” Philippians 2:9-11 ESV. God’s Holy Word teaches us that everyone
will bow down (see Romans
14:11) and confess that Jesus is Lord. It is entirely up to each and every person
to make the choice between (see Matthew
6:24) Jesus and the world. Those that choose to ignore God’s gift of
salvation (see Romans
6:23) will still receive their just reward. God allows every person while they are alive
on Earth the free will (see Deuteronomy
30:19) to choose whom they serve in their life time. Don’t wait to find yourself amongst the (see
Revelation
20:13) scattered stones!
Do you believe God’s Word? Do you hear him, Is Jesus is calling you? Do you want to find true happiness, peace
and purpose in your life? If the
answer is yes to any of these questions please click the following link; http://www.admenu.com/calling.htm
