Dear Saints, Today we prayerfully continue our Feast in Exodus 37. Today’s Feast is about God’s workmen and the skill with which the Ark and other items God directed to be made ready for worship. It’s about the beautiful work they did at God’s direction. God is exacting in His directives for example; “9 The cherubim spread out their wings above, overshadowing the mercy seat with their wings, with their faces one to another; toward the mercy seat were the faces of the cherubim.” Exodus 37:9, (ESV - English Standard Version). There is no ambiguity in God’s instruction. God makes sure that in everything he asks of us there is complete instruction. For example there is only one path to salvation.; “6 Jesus said to him, “I am the way, and the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.” John 14:6 English Standard Version (ESV). That’s clear concise and in no way ambiguous. He makes it very clear that there is no other way to salvation.; “13 “Enter by the narrow gate. For the gate is wide and the way is easy that leads to destruction, and those who enter by it are many.14 For the gate is narrow and the way is hard that leads to life, and those who find it are few. Matthew 7:13-14 English Standard Version (ESV). You can’t earn salvation, buy it or even be so good that God will just give salvation to you. God is very clear it is a gift paid for by the blood of Jesus. Any other way leads to destruction. This is why we keep the first thing first, salvation in the name of our Lord, Jesus Christ. The Work Began Exodus 36
7th Year 11-12 Edition 3 Exo 36 
Dear Saints, Today we prayerfully continue our Feast in Exodus 36. Today’s Feast is about God’s workmen and the skill he gave them. It’s about the beautiful work they did; “1 “Bezalel and Oholiab and every craftsman in whom the Lord has put skill and intelligence to know how to do any work in the construction of the sanctuary shall work in accordance with all that the Lord has commanded.”” Exodus 36:1, (ESV - English Standard Version) God gave the workmen the skill and intelligence to do the work. Do you know that God sent his son so that he could begin a work in you? “16 “For God so loved the world,that he gave his only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life.” John 3:16 English Standard Version (ESV). God gave his only begotten son to pay for our Sin. Now you can say that in doing so God gave you the skill and intelligence to do a work. By his action we are justified, not by our work. He began a good work in us.; “6 And I am sure of this, that he who began a good work in you will bring it to completion at the day of Jesus Christ.“ Philippians 1:6 English Standard Version (ESV)” This also means God has a work for us, he gave us the skill and intelligence to do His work. This Covenant is consecrated in the blood of the Lamb. This is the commission for us, His Church.; “Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit,” - Matthew 28:18-20. This is why we keep the first thing first, salvation in the name of our Lord, Jesus Christ. You are an eternal being, where you spend eternity depends on your relationship with God? To be sure turn from sin just say this simple prayer; “Dear God, I am a sinner and need forgiveness. I believe that Jesus Christ shed His precious blood and died for my sin. I am willing to turn from sin. I now invite Christ to come into my heart and life as my personal Saviour.“ If you said this prayer inviting Jesus into your heart. Now turning from sin, and seek fellowship just as we do. We worship and fellowship in a Church (group of believers) that strive to measures up to God’s Word. You need a Bible believing body of believers (church) to worship and pray with. Our salvation depends completely on God! We are the Saints that Jesus sacrificed his life to pay in full for our sin, when we repent (turn from sin) and accept Jesus. We are the Saints that Jesus sacrificed his life to pay in full for our sin, when we repent and accept Jesus. He will come to get every Saint; “…But concerning that day and hour no one knows, not even the angels of heaven, nor the Son, but the Father only.” Matthew 24:36. We are building our relationship with Jesus right now, do not wait while you try to change anything. A Renewed Covenant Exodus 33-36

Dear Saints, This weekend we prayerfully continue our Feast in Exodus 33 through Exodus 35. God in all his mercy renews His covenant with his people; “The Covenant Renewed 10 And he said, “Behold, I am making a covenant. Before all your people I will do marvels, such as have not been created in all the earth or in any nation. And all the people among whom you are shall see the work of the Lord, for it is an awesome thing that I will do with you.” Exodus 34:10, English Standard Version (ESV). God doesn’t wait to see if the people are really ready to change their ways before making a renewed covenant! God works on His schedule in his time. He said;”It is an awesome thing that I will do with you.” Then our awesome God gives us instructions on how to live in the land he gives them; “...13 You shall tear down their altars and break their pillars and cut down their Asherim 14 (for you shall worship no other god, for the Lord, whose name is Jealous, is a jealous God), 15 lest you make a covenant with the inhabitants of the land, and when they whore after their gods and sacrifice to their gods and you are invited, you eat of his sacrifice, 16 and you take of their daughters for your sons, and their daughters whore after their gods and make your sons whore after their gods.” Exodus 34:13-16 English Standard Version (ESV). Concerning faith He reminded them that they should not worship other Gods. God calls his people to work and gives them instruction; “30 Then Moses said to the people of Israel, “See, the Lord has called by name Bezalel the son of Uri, son of Hur, of the tribe of Judah; 31 and he has filled him with the Spirit of God, with skill, with intelligence, with knowledge, and with all craftsmanship,32 to devise artistic designs, to work in gold and silver and bronze, 33 in cutting stones for setting, and in carving wood, for work in every skilled craft. 34 And he has inspired him to teach, both him and Oholiab the son of Ahisamach of the tribe of Dan.35 He has filled them with skill to do every sort of work done by an engraver or by a designer or by an embroiderer in blue and purple and scarlet yarns and fine twined linen, or by a weaver—by any sort of workman or skilled designer.” What an awesome God, he didn’t leave you and I out of his plan or kingdom. Once again he renews his covenant. He doesn’t wait for us to “Get Right” first; ”but God shows his love for us in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us.” Romans 5:8 English Standard Version (ESV). This is a direct result of God renewing his covenant with us; “For God So Loved the World 16 “For God so loved the world, that he gave his only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life.” John 3:16 ESV. So as for you and I let’s keep the first thing first, salvation through our Lord and Savior Jesus. I say this because God also calls us to good works; “19 Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, 20 teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you. And behold, I am with you always, to the end of the age.” Matthew 28:19-20 ESV. Let's Talk About Prayer
| Dear Saints, Praise and prayer go together, sometimes it feels like the more we engage God in praise the easier it is to pray. How do you pray? It depends on who or what your praying for and our relationship with Jesus. Always approach God with reverence. We will see that even Jesus as he prayed to the Father he approached with reverence; “7 During His earthly life,He offered prayers and appeals,with loud cries and tears, to the One who was able to save Him from death, and He was heard because of His reverence.” Hebrews 5:7 The Holy Bible: HCSB. So we can also be heard because of our reverence. Jesus didn't do away with the Holy Place from the Most Holy. He removed the vale so that we do not have to wait for a priest, a “saint”, or anyone else to make intercession for us. Jesus sacrificed everything so with his gift we actually become citizens of heaven with the right to approach God for ourselves. Remember this “God never changes”, so when we approach him in the most holy place we must do so with faith, fear and reverence. The disciples asked Jesus how to pray. Jesus replied; “5"And when you pray, you must not be like the hypocrites. For they love to stand and pray in the synagogues and at the street corners, that they may be seen by others. Truly, I say to you, they have received their reward. 6But when you pray, go into your room and shut the door and pray to your Father who is in secret. And your Father who sees in secret will reward you.” What we generally refer to as the ”Lord's Prayer” is a model and not a mantra that needs to be chanted over and over. Actually your prayer closet can be anywhere you can be alone with God. Remember this doesn't preclude joining public prayer for the needs of the church or others in need. Praise and PrayerEffective Prayer “13 Is anyone among you suffering? He should pray. Is anyone cheerful? He should sing praises. 14 Is anyone among you sick? He should call for the elders of the church, and they should pray over him after anointing him with olive oil in the name of the Lord. 15 The prayer of faith will save the sick person, and the Lord will restore him to health; if he has committed sins, he will be forgiven. 16 Therefore,confess your sins to one another and pray for one another, so that you may be healed. The urgent request of a righteous person is very powerful in its effect. 17 Elijah was a man with a nature like ours; yet he prayed earnestly that it would not rain, and for three years and six months it did not rain on the land. 18 Then he prayed again, and the sky gave rain and the land produced its fruit.” James 5:13-18 The Holy Bible: HCSBLet's look at Elijah and how he prayed for rain to be restored to the land. This seems fair considering he had successfully prayed for the three and a half year drought that gripped the land: “Elijah was a man with a nature like ours; yet he prayed earnestly that it would not rain, and for three years and six months it did not rain on the land.” James 5:17.The Holy Bible: HCSB. This is what the bible said about how Elijah asked God to end the drought 42 So Ahab went to eat and drink, but Elijah went up to the summit of Carmel. He bowed down on the ground and put his face between his knees. 43 Then he said to his servant, “Go up and look toward the sea.” So he went up, looked, and said, “There’s nothing.” Seven times Elijah said, “Go back.” 44 On the seventh time, he reported, “There’s a cloud as small as a man’s hand coming from the sea.” Then Elijah said, “Go and tell Ahab, ‘Get your chariot ready and go down so the rain doesn’t stop you.’” 45 In a little while, the sky grew dark with clouds and wind, and there was a downpour. So Ahab got in his chariot and went to Jezreel. 46 The power of the LORD was on Elijah, and he tucked his mantle under his belt and ran ahead of Ahab to the entrance of Jezreel.” - The Holy Bible: HCSB Digital Text Edition When you pray do so with faith; “40 Then Peter sent them all out of the room. He knelt down, prayed, and turning toward the body said, “Tabitha, get up! ” She opened her eyes, saw Peter, and sat up. 41 He gave her his hand and helped her stand up. Then he called the saints and widows and presented her alive. 42 This became known throughout Joppa, and many believed in the Lord. 43 And Peter stayed on many days in Joppa with Simon, a leather tanner.” - B&H Publishing Group (2010-10-01). God in his Holy Word tells us how to build our faith; “17 So faith comes from hearing, and hearing through the word of Christ.” - Romans 10:17 English Standard Version Now I think that is an great way to build your faith so we can have effective prayer. This is only the beginning; “18 But I ask, have they not heard?
