We Have God’s Word!

Oct. 13, 2013 – Psalms 71

Psalms Chapter 71 - “Prayers that God would deliver and save. (1-13) Believing praises. (14-24)- Matthew Henry Concise

Dear Saints,

Today we prayerfully continue our Feast reading Psalms 71. David calls on God with praise he asks God not to desert him when his strength is expended.  “23 My lips will shout for joy,
    when I sing praises to you;
    my soul also, which you have redeemed.”   Psalm 71:23 - English Standard Version (ESV).  We don’t need to ask God not to leave or forsake us.  He won’t! We have God’s Word for it (See. Hebrews 13:5).  This is why we read every word in God’s Word.  “ 11 For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans for welfare[a] and not for evil, to give you a future and a hope. Jeremiah 29:11 ESV.  No one needs to say more! Hallelujah! Amen!

Rejoice!

Oct. 12, 2013 – Psalms 70

Psalms Chapter 70 - “The speedy destruction of the wicked, and the preservation of the godly.- Matthew Henry Concise

Dear Saints,

Today we prayerfully continue our Feast reading Psalms 70. David calls out to God asking him to hasten His judgments for the punishments as well as rewards.  “4 May all who seek you
    rejoice and be glad in you!
May those who love your salvation
    say evermore, “God is great!”
5 But I am poor and needy;
    hasten to me, O God!
You are my help and my deliverer;
    O Lord, do not delay!”   Psalm 70:4 - English Standard Version (ESV).  Mankind would hasten all the return of Jesus today.  Remember God’s timing is perfect.  Jesus told us to be aware of the season, to wait on the Lord.  “34 Blessed is the one who listens to me,
    watching daily at my gates,
    waiting beside my doors.Proverbs 8:34 ESV.  Rejoice in Jesus, he didn’t leave us to wait without a purpose.  “19 Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit,Matthew 28:19 ESV.  As we wait on the Lord; move forward rejoicing as we share Jesus with all who will hear. Rejoice! Amen!

Listen and hear Jesus is calling! His gift is here for all who will answer today!  Do you want to find out how awesome our God is?  Do you want to find peace and purpose?  If the answer is yes please click the following link;

Oct. 11, 2013 – Psalms 69

Psalms Chapter 69 - “David complains of great distress. (1-12) And begs for succour. (13-21) He declares the judgments of God. (22-29) He concludes with joy and praise. (30-36)- Matthew Henry Concise

Dear Saints,

Today we prayerfully continue our Feast reading Psalms 69. David’s love for God is renowned; he is a man after God’s own heart.  Does he complain to God?  Yes but his prayers are seasoned with praise.  “30 I will praise the name of God with a song;
    I will magnify him with thanksgiving.
31 This will please the Lord more than an ox
    or a bull with horns and hoofs.
32 When the humble see it they will be glad;
    you who seek God, let your hearts revive.”   Psalm 69:30-32 - English Standard Version (ESV).  When we pray in Jesus precious name God hears us.  So like David we should pepper our prayer with thanksgiving. If we think God is going to turn a deaf ear to our prayers; we are right!  If you want God to answer your prayer, give Him thanksgiving from you heart.  When we pray in Jesus name don’t pray in vain.  Expect God’s answer.  “[ Rejoicing in Heaven ] After this I heard what seemed to be the loud voice of a great multitude in heaven, crying out, “Hallelujah! Salvation and glory and power belong to our God,Revelation 19:1 ESV.  Hallelujah! Jesus is Lord!  “ For God alone my soul waits in silence; from him comes my salvation.Psalm 62:1 ESV.  Thank you Jesus Hallelujah! Amen!

Can you still here Jesus calling? He doesn’t call forever!  Do you want to find out how awesome our God is?  Do you want to find peace and purpose?  If the answer is yes please click the following link;
