“Turn to me and be saved,
all the ends of the earth! For I am God, and there is no other.” Isaiah 45:22
Isaiah
Chapter
45 , “The deliverance of the Jews by Cyrus. (1-4) God calls for obedience to his almighty power. (5-10)The settlement of his people. (11-19) The conversion of the Gentiles. (20-25)” - Matthew Henry
Concise
Dear
Saints,
Today we prayerfully continue our Feast by reading
Isaiah
Chapter 45.
This prophecy is
about the power of our awesome God anointing Cyrus king of Persia
(see 2 Chronicles
36:22-23) to build him a house at Jerusalem. The Lord Jehovah is the (see Isaiah
44:8) only God, there are no others. Whatever good thing God’s people need and pray for
will (see
Jeremiah 31:9) be delivered. Let the nations draw near to God;
“24 “Only
in the Lord, it shall be said of me, are righteousness and strength; to him
shall come and be ashamed all who were incensed against him. 25 In the Lord all the offspring of
Israel shall be justified and shall glory.”” Isaiah
43:25 English Standard Versions (ESV). There is no
other God, don’t be fooled by those who (see
Galatians
1:6-8) would
pervert the Word of God. Jesus is the
only one God the Father sent (see
John 3:16) to redeem us from every sin! Listen Saints our Lord Jesus charged us
with the duty to carry the Gospel to the world; “[ Take Up Your Cross and Follow Jesus ] And he said to all, “If
anyone would come after me, let him deny himself and take up his cross daily and
follow me. For whoever would save his life will lose it, but whoever loses his
life for my sake will save it.”
Luke 9:23-24 ESV.
Jesus is the only savior (see
Acts 4:12) for Jew and
Gentile alike!

“For while we were still weak, at the right time Christ died for
the ungodly. For one will scarcely die for a righteous person—though perhaps for

“5
“Before I formed you in the womb I knew you,
and before you were born I consecrated you; I appointed you a prophet to the nations.”” Jeremiah 1:5
Isaiah
Chapter 44 ,
“Here are
promises of the influences of the Holy Spirit. (1-8) An exposure of the folly of idolatry. (9-20) Also the deliverance of God's people. (21-28)” - Matthew Henry
Concise
Dear
Saints,
Today we prayerfully continue our Feast by reading
Isaiah
Chapter 44.
This prophecy is
about the influence of the Holy Spirit (see Acts 13:2) setting God’s people
apart. The folly of those who
(see Jeremiah
10:3-5) fashion idols (statuary, medallions any item people
might have faith in or pray to other than God) and those who pray to
them. The salvation and shepherd (see
2 Samuel
5:2) for God’s chosen people; “24
Thus
says the Lord, your Redeemer, who formed you from the womb: “I am the Lord, who
made all things, who alone stretched out the heavens, who spread out the earth
by myself,; 28
who says of Cyrus, ‘He is my shepherd, and he shall fulfill all my
purpose’; saying of Jerusalem, ‘She shall be built,’ and of the temple, ‘Your
foundation shall be laid.’”” Isaiah 44:24,
28 English Standard Versions (ESV). The gift of God
that is salvation through Christ Jesus; gives the
believer (see
Galatians
5:21-24)
hope and peace; blessings from
Holy Spirit.
“He himself bore our sins in his body on the tree, that we might
die to sin and live to righteousness. By his wounds you have been
healed.”
1 Peter 2:24 ESV.
We continue speaking of our Savior Jesus
(see
John 14:6) for there is not salvation in any other name. Jesus brings us life and salvation for these
reasons we sing (see Psalm
18:49) God’s praises!

"4 But I am the Lord your God from
the land of Egypt; you know no God but me,
and besides me there is no savior.” Hosea 13:4
Isaiah
Chapter 43 ,
“God's
unchangeable love for his people. (1-7) Apostates and idolaters addressed. (8-13) The deliverance from Babylon, and the conversion of the Gentiles.
(14-21) Admonition to repent of sin.(22-28)” - Matthew Henry
Concise
Dear
Saints,
Today we prayerfully continue our Feast by reading
Isaiah
Chapter 43.
This prophecy is
about our God and His never changing (see John
3:16) love.
Contained herein is a warning against (see Isaiah 42:19) back sliders
and idol worshipers. Victory over Babylon (see Psalm 36:6) and deliverance for Gentiles. To whom
shall we turn when we repent of our transgressions; “25 “I, I am he who blots out
your transgressions for my own sake, and I will not remember your
sins.” Isaiah 43:25 English Standard Versions (ESV). It seems that
God loves us so much that He wants no one to ignore (see
2 Peter 3:9)
his offer
of salvation. The great I Am that led
the Israelites out of their slavery
(see
John 3:16)
sent His only son Jesus to redeem us from every
sin! “For while we were still weak, at the right time Christ died for
the ungodly. For one will scarcely die for a righteous person—though perhaps for
a good person one would dare even to die— but God shows his love for us in that
while we were still sinners, Christ died for us.” Romans 5:6-8 ESV.
Once more I am speaking of our Savior Jesus
(see
John
14:6) for there is not salvation in any other
name. Jesus is the only salvation (see
Romans
15:7-9
) for Jew and Gentile
alike!

will attack you to harm you, for I have many in this city who are my
people.” Acts

“The
character and coming of Christ. (1-4) The blessings of his kingdom. (5-12) The prevalence of true religion. (13-17) Unbelief and blindness reproved. (18-25)” - Matthew Henry
Concise
Dear
Saints,
Today we prayerfully continue our Feast by reading
Isaiah
Chapter 42.
This prophecy
was (see Matthew
12:17) fulfilled by Jesus.
“6 “I am the Lord; I have called you in righteousness; I will take
you by the hand and keep you; will give you as a covenant for the people,
a light for the nations,” Isaiah 42:6 English Standard Versions (ESV). God has not changed our righteousness is in Jesus who says; (see Mark 8:34) “Follow Me.” The same son of God (see John 1:1-5) Jesus who has been with the Father from the very start of time! “He is the radiance of the glory of God and the exact imprint of his nature, and he upholds the universe by the word of his power. After making purification for sins, he sat down at the right hand of the Majesty on high,” Hebrews 1:3 ESV. I am speaking of our friend and Savior Jesus (see John 14:6) who calls us in righteousness. Hear God’s Word Saints; we are the Lord's chosen (see 1 Peter 2:9) servants
