4 They will say, "Where is the promise of his coming? For ever since the fathers fell asleep, all things are continuing as they were from the beginning of creation." 2 Peter 3:4

Dear Saints,
Today we prayerfully continue our Feast by reading the book of Ezekiel Chapter 11; “Divine judgments against the wicked at Jerusalem. (1-13) Divine favour towards those in captivity. (14-21) The Divine presence forsakes the city. (22-25)“ - Matthew Henry Concise.
The Holy Spirit filled Ezekiel and he prophesized against the wicked leaders in Jerusalem (see Ezekiel 11:1-13) saying; God knows what you wicked leaders are saying, He will bring judgment against you.  Its true God, has forced you out of Israel and He will be with you in exile (see Ezekiel 11:14-21), He’ll take your stubbornness away and make you eager to serve the Lord your God. When God returns to Israel you will destroy all the idols. From the Mount of Olives the vision departed from the city and temple, (see Ezekiel 11:22-25) typifying the ascension of Christ to heaven from that very mountain.  “24 And the Spirit lifted me up and brought me in the vision by the Spirit of God into Chaldea, to the exiles. Then the vision that I had seen went up from me.25 And I told the exiles all the things that the LORD had shown me.Ezekiel 11:24-25 English Standard Version (ESV).  God is speaking to you from His Holy Word (see Proverbs 4:14-15) avoid all wickedness and sin.  Make Jesus your moral compass; 60 I hasten and do not delay to keep your commandments.  Psalm Psalm 119:60 ESV. Remember although we are living in the world (see Psalm 119:115) we are to avoid walking after wicked leaders and we should continue to follow Jesus.

32 Though they know God's decree that those who practice such things deserve to die, they not only do them but give approval to those who practice them. Romans 1:32

Dear Saints,
Today we prayerfully continue our Feast by reading the book of Ezekiel Chapter 10; “A vision of the burning of the city. (1-7) The Divine glory departing from the temple. (8-22)
Verses 1-7 The fire being taken from between the wheels, under the cherubim, ch. 1:13 , seems to have signified the wrath of God to be executed upon Jerusalem. It intimated that the fire of Divine wrath, which kindles judgment upon a people, is just and holy; and in the great day, the earth, and all the works that are therein, will be burnt up.
Verses 8-22 Ezekiel sees the working of Divine providence in the government of the lower world, and the affairs of it. When God is leaving a people in displeasure, angels above, and all events below, further his departure. The Spirit of life, the Spirit of God, directs all creatures, in heaven and on earth, so as to make them serve the Divine purpose. God removes by degrees from a provoking people; and, when ready to depart, would return to them, if they were a repenting, praying people. Let this warn sinners to seek the Lord while he may be found, and to call on him while he is near, and cause us all to walk humbly and watchfully with our God.“ - Matthew Henry Concise.
Ezekiel witnesses the glory of God (see Ezekiel 10:1-7) in the fire as God prepares to leaves the temple.  God glory and provenance (see Ezekiel 10:8-22) is lifted from the house of Israel.  For all who knew who God was and yet waited until the last minute it is too late (see Romans 11:7-9), it’s almost as if were and had is the key in these two verses.  “20 These were the living creatures that I saw underneath the God of Israel by the Chebar canal; and I knew that they were cherubim. 21 Each had four faces, and each four wings, and underneath their wings the likeness of human hands.Ezekiel 10:21-22 English Standard Version (ESV).  Don’t wait to accept God’s Son (see 2 Peter 3:9) when God comes it will already be too late!  Pay close attention Saint, take a lesson from someone who had everything; 19 And I will say to my soul, “Soul, you have ample goods laid up for many years; relax, eat, drink, be merry.”’ 20 But God said to him ‘Fool! This night your soul is required of you, and the things you have prepared, whose will they be?’ 21 So is the one who lays up treasure for himself and is not rich toward God.”  Luke 12:19-21 ESV.  Don’t be complacent in God’s word learn (see Ephesians 6:12) who the true enemy is.  Being politically correct will not save anyone (see Romans 1:32) if you love or care for anyone tell them the truth!  Stand ready (see 1 Corinthians 15:52) for God’s glorious return.

But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus his Son cleanses us from all sin. If we say we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us.” Isaiah 41:10 ESV.

Idolaters Punished

Idolaters Punished

23 For the wages of sin is death, but the free gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord. Romans 6:23

Dear Saints,
Today we prayerfully continue our Feast by reading the book of Ezekiel Chapter 9; “A vision denoting the destruction of the inhabitants of Jerusalem, and the departure of the symbol of the Divine presence.“ - Matthew Henry Concise
God calls the executioners and one in white linen, with a writing case (see Ezekiel 9:1-4) as they pass through the city; the man in white linen is to mark the foreheads of those who hate the sin against God.  To show how much the Lord hates sin the slaughter begins in the sanctuary with those closest to God (see Ezekiel 9:5-11) committed the abominable sins. Those which were marked (were spared) by the one in white linen just as those who weren’t (were killed) all were justly and rightfully recompensed for their deeds by God;  “10 As for me, my eye will not spare, nor will I have pity; I will bring their deeds upon their heads." 11 And behold, the man clothed in linen, with the writing case at his waist, brought back word, saying, "I have done as you commanded me."Ezekiel 8:17-18 English Standard Version (ESV).  Pay close attention and examine yourself Saint; either you are on fire for Jesus (see Romans 1:18-31 ) or you are cold Jesus will not accept lukewarm Christians; 10 Finally, be strong in the Lord and in the strength of his might. 11 Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the schemes of the devil. 12 For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the cosmic powers over this present darkness, against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly places. Ephesians 6:10-12 ESV. Again I’m saying; “Stay the course keep praying as you go (see Colossians 4:2-4) that the Holy Spirit will bring the Word to your memory as you need it.  Don’t collapse and become an abomination by supporting the sin of those who sin against God; (see Romans 16:25) instead stand up for the gospel of salvation through our Lord Jesus Christ.”
