The Feast

Dear Saints,

This weekend we prayerfully gontinue our feast in Luke Chapter 7, Luke Chapter 8, & Luke Chapter 9. It feels like this week flew by. " And God said, "Let there be lights in the expanse of the sky to separate the day from the night, and let them serve as signs to mark seasons and days and years," Genesis 1:14. Sat, May 23, 2009, Luke Chapter 8, - The ministry of Christ. (1-3) The parable of the sower. (4-21) Christ stilleth the tempest and casteth out devils. (22-40) The daughter of Jairus restored to life. (41-56).

Sun, May 24, 2009, Luke Chapter 9, - The apostles sent forth. (1-9) The multitude miraculously fed. (10-17) Peter's testimony to Christ, Self-denial enjoined. (18-27) The transfiguration. (28-36) An evil spirit cast out. (37-42) Christ checks the ambition of his disciples. (43-50) He reproves their mistaken zeal. (51-56) Every thing to be given up for Christ. (57-62).
