Today we
prayerfully continue our Feast reading
Psalms 38. David speaks to God’s displeasure with the
nature of natural men in the flesh. He asks God to never forsake
him. “
21 Do not forsake me, O Lord; O
my God, be not far from me!
22 Make haste to help me, O Lord,
my salvation!
” Psalms 38:21-22 –
New King James
Version (NKJV). You, me and every saint who invites Jesus
into their heart has assurance that God will never leave or
forsake us (
See Deuteronomy 31:6-8,
1 Kings 8:57,
Hebrews 13:5). This is why we continue to spend about
fifteen minutes, praising, praying and reading God’s Word every day. We want
to know every Word in the bible so we can share Jesus and his mercy with
others. We can be confident that the Holy Spirit will bring
remembrance of God’s Word (see
John 14:26) as we witness. “
4 Rejoice
in the Lord always. Again I will say, rejoice!”
Philippians 4:4 NKJV. if the lord is willing i will write
and post the feast tomorrow.
Today’s verse;
“
24 because “All
flesh
is as grass, And all the glory of man as the flower
of the grass. The grass withers, And its flower falls away,
25 But
the word of the Lord endures forever.” Now this is the word which
by the gospel was preached to you.
” 1 Peter 1:24-25
NKJV.
