Sep 5_2012 Judges 20
Dear Saints,
Today we prayerfully Feast in Judges 20. No matter what you enter into seek God's will first. We see that when the Israelites acted in haste they all payed a price. “19 Then the people of Israel rose in the morning and encamped against Gibeah. 20 And the men of Israel went out to fight against Benjamin, and the men of Israel drew up the battle line against them at Gibeah. 21 The people of Benjamin came out of Gibeah and destroyed on that day 22,000 men of the Israelites.” Judges 20:19-21, English Standard Version (ESV). I think that if they had consulted with God prior to declaring to getting even, then they would have had victory from he start. “27 And the people of Israel inquired of the Lord (for the ark of the covenant of God was there in those days, 28 and Phinehas the son of Eleazar, son of Aaron, ministered before it in those days), saying, “Shall we go out once more to battle against our brothers, the people of Benjamin, or shall we cease?” And the Lord said, “Go up, for tomorrow I will give them into your hand.”” Judges 20:27-28 ESV. God himself tells us that vengeance is his. He says if people will turn from their wicked ways and ask him he will heal their lands. “if my people who are called by my name humble themselves, and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven and will forgive their sin and heal their land. ” 2 Chronicles 7:14. What about us, we call ourselves Christians, are we Gods people? Is there a way to tell the world we are God's people? “34 A new commandment I give to you, that you love one another: just as I have loved you, you also are to love one another. 35 By this all people will know that you are my disciples, if you have love for one another.”” John 13:34-35 (ESV). Saints if we truly love one another as Jesus loved us we will keep the first thing first. That is salvation through the blood of the lamb, Jesus. http://www.admenu.com/am/praise.html. please write mlitew8@yahoo.com. To correspond with a pastor email Pastor Glen; evangelistglen@yahoo.com. The Feast
Please Join in our salvation march! Do you know that you are made in the image of God? You are an eternal being, where you spend eternity depends on your relationship with God? If you want to be sure, turn from sin and just say this simple prayer; “Dear God, I am a sinner and need forgiveness. I believe that Jesus Christ shed His precious blood and died for my sin. I am willing to turn from sin. I now invite Christ to come into my heart and life as my personal Saviour.“ If you said this prayer inviting Jesus into your heart. Now turning from sin, and seek fellowship just as we do. We worship and fellowship in a Church (group of believers) that strives to measures up to God’s Word. You need a Bible believing body of believers (church) to worship and pray with. Our salvation depends completely on God! We are the Saints that Jesus sacrificed his life to pay in full for our sin, when we repent (turn from sin) and accept Jesus. If you have trouble finding a good bible believing church in your neighborhood send me an email and I’ll see if I can help; mlitew8@yahoo.com or if you want a pastor email Pastor Glen; evangelistglen@yahoo.com
God Bless you,
Brother Mike
