July 15, 2013 – Job 24

Dear Saints,
Today we prayerfully continue our Feast by reading Job 24.  Job speaks to the apparent richness of the wicked. Those who are evil love darkness. Job feels that judgment of the oppressors is slow to come;
24 They are exalted a little while, and then are gone;
    they are brought low and gathered up like all others;
    they are cut off like the heads of grain.
25 If it is not so, who will prove me a liar
    and show that there is nothing in what I say?” Job 24:24-25 English Standard Version (ESV).
The apparent security and wellbeing of the wicked is only a mirage.  Without Jesus people have no hope and their peace is fleeting. “Therefore put away all filthiness and rampant wickedness and receive with meekness the implanted word, which is able to save your souls.”  James 1:21 ESV.  The Joy and happiness of the wicked is a smokescreen.  True peace, hope and security is reserved for those who turn from sin and accept Jesus as their Savior. Remember faith comes by hearing the Word of God. Encourage others to join us in our three year journey through God’s Word.

Only Jesus knows where you’re at.  Jesus is calling!  Do you hear that small voice calling; sinner com home?  Do you want to choose good over evil? If the answer is yes please click the following link;
