Why Do They Deny God?

Today’s Feast

May 14, 2015 – Leviticus 23

Why Do They Deny God?

Please join with us sharing God’s Word daily. We will spend about fifteen minutes a day praying and reading every word in God’s Word in approximately three years.

1 To the Chief Musician. A Psalm of David. The fool has said in his heart, "There is no God." They are corrupt, They have done abominable works, There is none who does good. Psalm 14:1 New King James Version (NKJV).

Dear Saints,

Thank you for joining us, as we prayerfully continue the Feast in Leviticus Chapter 23; “The Passover, The offering of first-fruits. (4-14) The feast of Pentecost. (15-22) The feast of Trumpets, The day of atonement. (23-32) The feast of Tabernacles. (33-44)- Matthew Henry Concise.

In today's feast we see that God set down days that would be Holy for His people, a day of rest; “1 And the Lord spoke to Moses, saying, 2 "Speak to the children of Israel, and say to them: 'The feasts of the Lord, which you shall proclaim to be holy convocations, these are My feasts. 3 'Six days shall work be done, but the seventh day is a Sabbath of solemn rest, a holy convocation. You shall do no work on it; it is the Sabbath of the Lord in all your dwellings. leviticus 23:1-3 NKJV. We honor God and set aside time to worship and have fellowship in Jesus name. We put the sign of the cross on our memorials. In some of our government buildings we have posted God's 10 Commandments. On our money we declare in God We Trust! Why do these things that bring us comfort offend, Atheists and Agnostics?1 ... The fool has said in his heart, "There is no God." They are corrupt, and have done abominable iniquity; There is none who does good.Psalm 53:1 NKJV. Why would they demand that we take down our crosses and cross out God's Ten Commandments? What is the true reason these good things irritate those who deny God or would deny Jesus to worship a “higher being”? God's Word says; 19 And this is the condemnation, that the light has come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil. 20 For everyone practicing evil hates the light and does not come to the light, lest his deeds should be exposed.John 3:19-20 NKJV. Should we be hateful towards the unbeliever or any one who denies God? NO! Remember God is not willing that anyone should (2 Peter 3:9) parish. We must move forward in Saintly Service preaching His love, His righteousness, not their sin. “7 By faith Noah, being divinely warned of things not yet seen, moved with godly fear, prepared an ark for the saving of his household, by which he condemned the world and became heir of the righteousness which is according to faith.Hebrews 11:7 NKJV. Let’s stand in Saintly Service! Even to those who would; “Deny God” or challenge our right to declare that Jesus is Lord. If the Lord is willing I will post The Feast again tomorrow.
