Who made you boss! Luke 20

7th Year 11-12 Edition 3 – Luk. 20
l The Feast l

July_19_2012 Luke_20

Dear Saints,
Today we prayerfully continue our Feast in Luke 20. This is a particularly interesting Feast because, we see some interesting comparison's between heaven and earth. For instance the comparison of women on earth and then in heaven. I really think that the comparison to rendering that which is due to God or Cesar is important. “22 Is it lawful for us to give tribute to Caesar, or not?” 23 But he perceived their craftiness, and said to them, 24 “Show me a denarius. Whose likeness and inscription does it have?” They said, “Caesar's.” 25 He said to them, “Then render to Caesar the things that are Caesar's, and to God the things that are God's.”” Luke 20:22-25 English Standard Version (ESV). We live in a Democracy here in the United States. Some Christians think that it is OK to say mean and untrue things about our elected officials. Saint's let's remember that there is no authority appointed over us except that which is appointed by God. “1 Let every person be subject to the governing authorities. For there is no authority except from God, and those that exist have been instituted by God. 2 Therefore whoever resists the authorities resists what God has appointed, and those who resist will incur judgment. 3 For rulers are not a terror to good conduct, but to bad. Would you have no fear of the one who is in authority? Then do what is good, and you will receive his approval, ” Romans 13:1-3 ESV. With this in mind you would tell why another candidate is better than the incumbent in an election. We need to pray for those who are appointed over us. ““fear not, for I am with you; be not dismayed, for I am your God; I will strengthen you, I will help you, I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.” Isaiah 41:10 ESV. We should probably keep doing and speaking good and keep first thing first. That is salvation through the blood of the Lamb, Jesus. I am not a Theologian. If I'm mistaken in the Feast or you want something added or changed on the prayer list. http://www.admenu.com/am/praise.html. please write mlitew8@yahoo.com. To correspond with a pastor email Pastor Glen; evangelistglen@yahoo.com. If the Lord is willing I’ll send and post the Feast again tomorrow.

The Feast

Thu, July 19, 2012, Luke 20, - “The priests and scribes question Christ's authority. (1-8) The parable of the vineyard and husbandmen. (9-19) Of giving tribute. (20-26) Concerning the resurrection. (27-38) The scribes silenced. (39-47)” – Matthew Henry Concise

Don’t get caught up in “religion”, it is about a relationship. Our salvation depends completely on God! We are the Saints that Jesus sacrificed his life to pay in full for our sin, when we repent and accept Jesus. He will come to get every Saint; “…But concerning that day and hour no one knows, not even the angels of heaven, nor the Son, but the Father only.” Matthew 24:36. We are building our relationship with Jesus right now, do not wait while you try to change anything.

God Bless you,
Brother Mike

[The Righteous Shall Live by Faith] For I am not ashamed of the gospel, for it is the power of God for salvation to everyone who believes, to the Jew first and also to the Greek.” Romans 1:16 ESV.
