A Nation Legalizes Sin?
August 20, 2013 – Psalms 9
Today’s Feast
Dear Saints,
Today we prayerfully continue our Feast reading Psalms 9. David is praising and thanking God for protecting the nation. What will happen to the nation that says; “In God We Trust”, while passing civil law that approves sin. “19 Arise, O Lord! Let not man prevail;
let the nations be judged before you!
20 Put them in fear, O Lord!
Let the nations know that they are but men! Selah - Psalms 9:19-20English Standard Version (ESV). The nation that makes sin legal is not a nation under our God. Saints pay attention to where your politicians and judges are leading you. If God says something is an abomination and it is a sin to support it (see Romans 1:32) can we look the other way as laws are passed that grieve the Holy Spirit? I think not, it’s time to pray (see 2 Chronicles 7:14) for change here in the USA and around the world. It is time for revival! It is definitely time to put God first!
“I have set the Lord always before me; because he is at my right hand, I shall not be shaken.” Psalm 16:8 ESV.
