Preaching His Love!

Today’s Feast

May 10, 2015 – Leviticus 19

Preaching His Love!

Please join with us sharing God’s Word daily. We will spend about fifteen minutes a day praying and reading every word in God’s Word in approximately three years.

17 Honor all people. Love the brotherhood. Fear God. Honor the king. 1 Peter 2:17 New King James Version (NKJV).

Dear Saints,

Thank you for joining us, as we prayerfully continue the Feast in Leviticus Chapter 19; “
Laws.

For Christians to have their fortunes told, to use spells and charms, or the like, is a sad affront to God. They must be grossly ignorant who ask, "What harm is there in these things?" Here is a charge to young people to show respect to the aged, ver. ( Leviticus 19:32 ) . Religion teaches good manners, and obliges us to honour those to whom honour is due. - Matthew Henry Concise.

In today's feast we see that Jesus took on our sin in His righteousness he died for our sin. Now as Jesus did for you, you shall do for others; ”15 'You shall do no injustice in judgment. You shall not be partial to the poor, nor honor the person of the mighty. In righteousness you shall judge your neighbor. 16 You shall not go about as a talebearer among your people; nor shall you take a stand against the life of your neighbor: I am the Lord. 17 'You shall not hate your brother in your heart. You shall surely rebuke your neighbor, and not bear sin because of him. 18 You shall not take vengeance, nor bear any grudge against the children of your people, but you shall love your neighbor as yourself: I am the Lord.Leviticus 19:15-18, NKJV. This is why we continue to seek God’s instruction as we prepare for Saintly Service. Saintly Service is performed in Love without Prejudice. “36 "Teacher, which is the great commandment in the law?" 37 Jesus said to him, "'You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your mind.' 38 This is the first and great commandment. 39 And the second is like it: 'You shall love your neighbor as yourself.'Matthew 22:36-39 NKJV. We must always remember we are preparing to stand in our Lord and Savior (2 Corinthians 5:20) He is our strength. We move forward in Saintly Service preaching His love, not their sin. “21 For He made Him who knew no sin to be sin for us, that we might become the righteousness of God in Him.2 Corinthians 5:21 NKJV. If the Lord is willing I will post The Feast again tomorrow.
