Today’s Feast
God Will Not Forsake His People!
Nov. 4, 2013 – Psalms 94
Dear Saints,
Today we prayerfully continue our
Feast reading Psalms 94. Psalmist is encouraging those who suffer wrong, to depend on their God
who judges the wicked. He says God
will avenge his people and bring them justice. “22
But the Lord has become my stronghold,
and my God the rock of
my refuge.
23 He will bring back on them their iniquity
and wipe them out for
their wickedness;
the Lord our God will
wipe them out.” Psalm 94:22-23 - English Standard
Version (ESV). Our God never changes you can trust Him just
as the psalmist does. Men may fail you;
Jesus won’t (See Psalms 55:22)! Never fear what men can do at home, on your
job, in governments or wherever God puts you.
“5 Not that we are sufficient in ourselves to claim anything as
coming from us, but our sufficiency is from God, 6 who has made us sufficient
to be ministers of a new covenant, not of the letter but of the Spirit. For
the letter kills, but the Spirit gives life.” 2 Corinthians 3:5-6 ESV. Continue to
walk in the light of His Word. We needn’t
complain we should surrender our fears to Jesus (See 2 Corinthians 12:9-10)!
The Holy Spirit gives us that peace
that exceeds understanding.
God’s awesome love is our amazing grace! Hallelujah!
