you for joining us, as we prayerfully continue the Feast in Judges
Chapter
5;
“Praise
and glory ascribed to God. (1-5)
The distress and deliverance of Israel. (6-11)

Israel’s
enemies are God’s enemies, and their friends are His. “31

ESV. It seems like having friends is very important to the human
psyche. I know most people see the letters BFF, as Best Friends
Forever, that’s how important friends can be. Sometimes we value
friends above family. “17
A friend loves at all times, and a brother is born for adversity.”
Proverbs
17:17,
ESV. Even our Lord Jesus says that good friends are willing to
give their lives to save a friend. “13
Greater love has no one than this, that someone lay down his life
for his friends. 14 You are my friends if you do what I command
you. 15 No longer do I call you servants, for the servant does
not know what his master is doing; but I have called you friends,
for all that I have heard from my Father I have made known to you.

ESV. Because we do what Jesus has told us, we have become His
friend. Wouldn’t it be great if everyone knew that MBFFJ stood
for; “My
Best Friend Forever Jesus”?

day the LORD commands his steadfast love, and at night his song is

ESV. Because Jesus is our best friend we are keeping the first
thing first. That is salvation through the blood of Jesus.
