Trust God to Guide You!

Today’s Feast

Oct. 11, 2015 – Judges 13

Trust God to Guide You!

Please join with us sharing God’s Word daily. We will spend about fifteen minutes a day praying and reading every word in God’s Word in approximately three years.

1 For God alone my soul waits in silence;
from him comes my salvation." Psalm 62:1, English Standard Version (ESV).

Dear Saints,

Thank you for joining us, as we prayerfully continue the Feast in Judges Chapter 13; The Philistines, Samson announced. (1-7) The angel appears to Manoah. (8-14) Manoah's sacrifice. (15-23) Birth of Samson. (24,25) - Matthew Henry Concise.

Do the Israelites ever learn? They are god’s chosen people! God always lov trust him to guide you es them, they continually fail in their relationship with God. “1 And the people of Israel again did what was evil in the sight of the Lord, so the Lord gave them into the hand of the Philistines for forty years.Judges 13:1, ESV. If they would follow God’s commandments no power on earth could stand against against them. What could the problem be God assures us his commands are not burdensome? There must be another reason. I think maybe we can put our finger on the problem. 5 The LORD saw that the wickedness of man was great in the earth, and that every intention of the thoughts of his heart was only evil continually.Genesis 6:5, ESV. Did I ever mention that we need to keep our eyes on Jesus. Not on the church, they we’re all sinners. Well what about the pastor surely he is righteous? No he was a sinner also. Yes but they all turned from their sins and accepted Jesus’ gift of eternal life. They are still human, flesh and blood. faith is one of the core teachings of Christianity. The law does not produce righteousness, but faith in Jesus Christ will. “23 for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God, 24 and are justified by his grace as a gift, through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus, 25 whom God put forward as a propitiation by his blood, to be received by faith. This was to show God’s righteousness, because in his divine forbearance he had passed over former sins. 26 It was to show his righteousness at the present time, so that he might be just and the justifier of the one who has faith in Jesus.Romans 3:23-26, ESV. Man’s hearts are continually evil. Our righteousness is in Jesus, he justifies us. Keep faith in God, trust him to guide you in your relationship with Him. “There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither slave nor free, there is no male and female, for you are all one in Christ Jesus.Galatians 3:28, ESV. Keep on keeping the first thing first. Which is salvation through the blood of Jesus.

Don’t get caught up in “religion”, it is about a relationship. Our salvation depends completely on God! We are the Saints that Jesus sacrificed his life to pay in full for our sin, when we repent and accept Jesus. He will come to get every Saint; “36 “But concerning that day and hour no one knows, not even the angels of heaven, nor the Son,[a] but the Father only.Matthew 24:36, ESV. We are building our relationship with Jesus right now, do not wait while you try to change anything. Click this link for more information; admenu.com/calling.htm .
