Honoring God!

The Best of the Feast

Apr. 20, 2016 1 Chronicles 28
Honoring God!

Please join with us sharing God’s Word daily. We will spend about fifteen minutes a day praying and reading every word in God’s Word in approximately three years.

do not lift up your horn on high, or speak with haughty neck.’” For not from the east or from the west and not from the wilderness comes lifting up,but it is God who executes judgment,  putting down one and lifting up another.Psalm 75:5-7, English Standard Version (ESV)

Dear Saints,

Today we prayerfully read our Feast in 1 Chronicles, Chapter 28; “David exhorts the people to the fear of the Lord. (1-10) He gives instructions for the temple. (11-21) ” -  Matthew Henry Concise.

Today we prayerfully Feast in 1 Chronicles 28.   We are reminded that God will never leave or forsake us. God has a plan for every person’s life; “20 Then David said to Solomon his son, “Be strong and courageous and do it. Do not be afraid and do not be dismayed, for the Lord God, even my God, is with you. He will not leave you or forsake you, until all the work for the service of the house of the Lord is finished.21 And behold the divisions of the priests and the Levites for all the service of the house of God; and with you in all the work will beevery willing man who has skill for any kind of service; also the officers and all the people will be wholly at your command.”1 Chronicles 27:1, ESV.  We are reminded again that God will never leave or forsake us; “Keep your life free from love of money, and be content with what you have, for he has said, “I will never leave you nor forsake you.” Hebrews 13:5, ESV.  God has given each and every one of us different gifts.   “12 For just as the body is one and has many members, and all the members of the body, though many, are one body, so it is with Christ. 13 For in one Spirit we were all baptized into one body—Jews or Greeks, slaves or free—and all were made to drink of one Spirit. “  1 Corinthians 12:12-13, ESV.  So it is up to us to use our gifts given by the Holy Spirit to honor God. If the Lord is willing I will post and send the Feast again tomorrow.

 God Bless You,
Brother Mike
