Today’s Feast Oct. 24, 2014-1st John 5 Jesus Christ Is True clic aquí en español   Please join with us sharing God’s Word daily.  We will spend about fifteen minutes a day praying and reading every word in God’s Word in approximately three years.  Gods Not Dead! “57 But thanks be to God, who gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ.”  1 Corinthians 15:57 New King James Version (NKJV) Return to Admenu – Admenu’s Alternate Site Dear Saints, Today we prayerfully continue our Feast by reading the book of 1 John Chapter 5; “Brotherly love is the effect of the new birth, which makes obedience to all God's commandments pleasant.  (1-5) Reference to witnesses agreeing to prove that Jesus, the Son of God, is the true Messiah. (6-8) The satisfaction the believer has about Christ, and eternal life through him. (9-12) The assurance of God's hearing and answering prayer. (13-17) The happy condition of true believers, and a charge to renounce all idolatry. (18-21)” - Matthew Henry Concise If you believe Jesus is the son of God (see 1-john 5:1-5) you will conquer the world.  The Spirit of truth testifies; Jesus Christ came by water and blood (see 1 John 5:6-8) the Spirit, the water, and the blood, all three are united in agreement.  God’s loving testimony is (see 1 John 5:9-12) whosoever knows the Son has life, he who doesn’t is dead.  It is absolutely absurd to doubt the love of God (see 1 John 5:13-17) all unrighteousness is sin; Jesus paid on the cross the whole price for our sin.  We who are born again in Jesus guard ourselves from sin; (see 1 John 5:18-21) we live in truth by believing in God’s Son, Jesus Christ and we are sealed by the Holy Spirit; “21 Little children, keep yourselves from idols. Amen.” 1 John 5:21 NKJV.  Husbands and wives are man and woman joined together as one flesh by Jesus; they should love each other (see Ephesians 5:25-27) and their lives should glorify God.  “10 "The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom, And the knowledge of the Holy One is understanding.” Proverbs 9:10 NKJV.  If you accommodate sin (see Romans 1:32) you hurt the sinner and join in sin.  If you truly love the sinner you should tell them the truth (see John 8:31-32) and by doing so you may help the sinner and Jesus will set you free.   Jesus Christ Is true (see 1 John 5:20) He is the true God and eternal life. Do you want to trust God? If the answer is yes; today is the day of your salvation!  Don’t wait another minute to leave, change or quit anything (see Revelation 3:20) Jesus is at knocking at your door this minute.  He wants you to come just as you are!   Do you hear Jesus calling you?  Will you answer Him today?
