Fri, Sat & Sun Feb 4-6, Isaiah 17-21 –––– Dear Saints, This weekend we prayerfully continue our feast in Isaiah 17 Through Isaiah 21. I wonder at what is going on in Egypt and how does it affect Israel. “At that time gifts will be brought to the LORD Almighty from a people tall and smooth-skinned, from a people feared far and wide, an aggressive nation of strange speech, whose land is divided by rivers—the gifts will be brought to Mount Zion, the place of the Name of the LORD Almighty..Isaiah 18:7, (New International Version, ©2010). I used Google Earth to get an overview of Egypt and Israel. I know this for sure no matter what goes on in this world God will protect us through the blood of the Lamb;“ A prophecy against Egypt: See, the LORD rides on aswift cloud and is coming to Egypt. The idols of Egypt tremble before him, and the hearts of the Egyptians melt with fear. “I will stir up Egyptian against Egyptian— brother will fight against brother, neighbor against neighbor, city against city, kingdom against kingdom. The Egyptians will lose heart, and I will bring their plans to nothing; they will consult the idols and the spirits of the dead, the mediums and the spiritists. I will hand the Egyptians over to the power of a cruel master, and a fierce king will rule over them,” declares the Lord, the LORD Almighty.” Isaiah 19:1-4 (New International Version, ©2010). I know this appears too hard a lesson, but it is necessary to soften the hard hearts in Egypt. When they turn to our God he will restore the nation to its populace;“ The LORD will strike Egypt with a plague; he will strike them and heal them. They will turn to the LORD, and he will respond to their pleas and heal them.” Isaiah 19:22 (New International Version, ©2010. Through praise, prayer and surrender we will endeavor to serve our God, and make ourselves known to Jesus by accepting His gift of salvation. If God takes something from the believer it’s because he has something better for them. If I am wrong or mistaken please let me know in an email or call me: 1- (760) 592-9251 let your light shine. Let’s continue to feast together so our life will reflect our hearts. If God is willing, we will love him with a happy heart, and I will post and send the Feast Monday. [Psalm 18] For the director of music. Of David the servant of the LORD. He sang to the LORD the words of this song when the LORD delivered him from the hand of all his enemies and from the hand of Saul. He said: I love you, LORD, my strength. The LORD is my rock, my fortress and my deliverer; my God is my rock, in whom I take refuge, my shield and the horn of my salvation, my stronghold.” - Psalm 18:1-2. - This passage is from the New International Version, ©2010, Bible Gateway website.
