Matthew 5:45 New King James Version (NKJV). Return to Admenu – Admenu’s Alternate Site Dear Saints, As we continue our Feast by reading the book of Genesis Chapter 46; “God's promises to Jacob. (1-4) Jacob and his family go to Egypt. (5-27) Joseph meets his father and his brethren. (28-34)“ - Matthew Henry Concise As we continue our Feast in Genesis 46, we see Israel (Jacob) dealing with God concerning the journey to Egypt. ”3 So He said, "I am God, the God of your father; do not fear to go down to Egypt, for I will make of you a great nation there. 4 I will go down with you to Egypt, and I will also surely bring you up again; and Joseph will put his hand on your eyes."’” Genesis 46:3-4 NKJV. We see Israel doing just what God tells him to do. Now that brings me to issue number one “Salvation”! Remember God sent Jesus (see John 3:16) to die for us while we were still sinners. So confess your sin and ask God forgiveness. As we trust and obey God (see Romans 8:28) we will see the Light grow brighter in our life. Trust and obey Jesus; and He will lighten your burden; “28 Come to Me, all you who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.” Matthew 11:28 NKJV Salvation is at hand, If you want to be saved and turn away from sin just say this simple prayer; “Dear God, I am a sinner and need forgiveness. I believe that Jesus Christ shed His precious blood and died for my sin. I am willing to turn from sin. I now invite Christ to come into my heart and life as my personal Saviour.“ If you said this prayer inviting Jesus into your heart. Now turning from sin, and seek fellowship just as we do. We worship and fellowship in a Church (group of believers) that strive to measures up to God’s Word. You need a Bible believing body of believers (church) to worship and pray with. Our salvation depends completely on God! We are the Saints that Jesus sacrificed his life to pay in full for our sin, when we repent (turn from sin) and accept Jesus.
