Today's FeastJune 28, 2015 – Numbers 26God's Promise Is For Whom?
Please
join with us sharing God’s Word daily. We will spend about
fifteen minutes a day praying and reading every word in God’s
Word in approximately three years.
“19
Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in
the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit,”
Matthew
28:19
English Standard Version (ESV).
Dear Saints,
Thank
you for joining us, as we prayerfully continue the Feast in
Numbers Chapter
25;
“Numbering
of Israel in the plains of Moab. (1-51)
The division of the land. (52-56)
Number of the Levites. (57-62)
None remaining of the first numbering. (63-65)”
-
Matthew
Henry Concise.
In
Today’s
Feast God
orders Moses to count the Israelites by tribe;
“1
After the plague, the Lord said to Moses and to Eleazar the son of
Aaron, the priest, 2 “Take a census of all the congregation of
the people of Israel, from twenty years old and upward, by their
fathers' houses, all in Israel who are able to go to war.” 3 And
Moses and Eleazar the priest spoke with them in the plains of Moab
by the Jordan at Jericho, saying, 4 “Take a census of the
people, from twenty years old and upward,” as the Lord commanded
Moses. The people of Israel who came out of the land of Egypt
were:”
Numbers
26:1-4
, ESV. God
did this so they would understand the equity of the inheritance of
the promised land.
God's
promise is the same for anyone who will accept Jesus as their
savior; “16
“For God so loved the world, that he gave his only Son, that
whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life.”
John
3:16,
ESV. God's
gift of salvation through the blood of Jesus is for; whoever
believes
in Jesus and makes him Lord of their life; “9
The Lord is not slow to fulfill his promise as some count
slowness, but is patient toward you, not wishing that any should
perish, but that all should reach repentance.”
2
Peter 3:9,
ESV. Our
job is to spread the Word of the love of God (Matthew
28:19-20)
to
all
the people of all
the nations in the world. I send the Feast out as the Holy Spirit
inspires me. Lord willing I will post and send the Feast again
tomorrow.
Is
Jesus knocking at your door? Are you ready to answer God’s call?
Don’t get caught up in “religion”, it is about a
relationship. Our salvation depends completely on God! We are the
Saints that Jesus sacrificed his life to pay in full for our sin,
when we repent and accept Jesus. He will come to get every Saint;
“36
"But of that day and hour no one knows, not even the angels
of heaven, but My Father only.”
Matthew
24:36
ESV. We are building our relationship with Jesus right now, do not
wait while you try to change anything. If the answer is yes to
any of these questions please click the following link;
