Today’s Feast
Turn
Your Light On!
Please
join with us sharing God’s Word daily. We will spend about
fifteen minutes a day praying and reading every word in God’s
Word in approximately three years.
“9
"And the patriarchs, becoming envious, sold Joseph into
Egypt. But God was with him 10 and delivered him out of all his
troubles, and gave him favor and wisdom in the presence of
Pharaoh, king of Egypt; and he made him governor over Egypt and
all his house."
Acts
7:9-10
New
King James Version (NKJV).
Dear
Saints,
Today
we prayerfully continue our
Feast by reading the book of Genesis Chapter
39J;
“Joseph
preferred by Potiphar. (1-6) Joseph
resists temptation. (7-12) Joseph
is falsely accused by his mistress. (13-18) He
is cast into prison, God is with him there. (19-23)
- Matthew
Henry Concise
As
we continue our Feast in Genesis 39. In this Scripture we see
Joseph a slave to the Pharaoh. Immediately the master saw some
thing in Joseph that he wanted, for his kingdom. Everywhere he
whent his relationship with God was visable; ”23
The keeper of the prison did not look into anything that was under
Joseph's authority, because the Lord was with him; and whatever he
did, the Lord made it prosper.”
Genesis
39:23
NKJV. Satan will attack a successful servant of the Lord, as seen
in Joseph’s life. God is not willing (see
2
Peter 3:9)
that any should parish, so he used this incident to witness to the
Jailer. Whatever
circumstance you find yourself in
let
(see
John
8:12)
your light shine! When they ask you what you're
into,
tell them about the Loving grace of our God (see
John
3:16)
and Savior Jesus! “14
But even if you should suffer for righteousness' sake, you are
blessed. "And do not be afraid of their threats, nor be
troubled." 15 But sanctify the Lord God in your hearts, and
always be ready to give a defense to everyone who asks you a
reason for the https://admenu.wordpress.com/2015/02/01/turn-your-light-on/hope that is in you, with meekness and fear;”

Matthew
4:19)
but
they are waiting for you to share it with them.
Do
you hear Jesus calling to you? Are you ready to trust God? If the
answer is yes; today is the day of your salvation! Don’t wait
another minute to leave, change or quit anything (see
Revelation
3:20)
