praying and reading every word in God’s Word in approximately three years.
Dear
Saints,
Today we prayerfully continue our
Feast by reading Isaiah Chapter 39. The King of
Babylon sends ambassadors to congratulate King Hezekiah on his
recovery. King Hezekiah, in foolish pride (see 2 Kings 20:12-19) shows his treasures to the
ambassadors. God’s Word is good it teaches us that when pride
comes in a fall will follow; “5 Then Isaiah said to Hezekiah, “Hear the word of
the Lord of hosts: 6 ‘Behold, the days are coming when all that is in your
house, and what your fathers have accumulated until this day, shall be
carried to Babylon; nothing shall be left,’ says the Lord. 7 ‘And they shall
take away some of your sons who will descend from you, whom you will beget;
and they shall be eunuchs in the palace of the king of Babylon.’”” Isaiah 39:5-7 NKJV. For a long
time I had a problem with being truly happy for others when God blessed them. Then
I learned to be content with what (see Philippians 4:11-12) God blessed me with. Now I
can truly from my heart be happy and congratulate them. “16 By this we know love, because He laid
down His life for us. And we also ought to lay down our lives
for the brethren.” 1 John 3:16 ESV. There are
so many lessons to be learned as we (see Matthew 4:4) feast in God’s Holy Word. When we
share God’s love (see 1 Corinthians 13:1-3) and congratulate others we are also
reminding them (see 1 Corinthians 8:5-7) from whom all blessings flow.
If the Lord is willing I will write and post the Feast tomorrow.

Today’s Verse; “[
Sectarianism Is Sin ] Now I plead with you, brethren, by the name of our Lord
Jesus Christ, that you all speak the same thing, and that there be no
divisions among you, but that you be perfectly joined together in the same
mind and in the same judgment.” 1 Corinthians 1:10
NKJV.
God Bless You,
Brother Mike
