Victory In Jesus!
August 4, 2013 – Galatians 2
Dear Saints,
Today we prayerfully continue our Feast
reading Galatians 2.
The apostle Paul proclaims revelations
that he received from God made him an apostle to the Gentiles. Paul Opposes Peter for acting as a hypocrite
along with the rest of the Jews in Galatia. Paul declares he no longer lives under the doctrine
of the law, now he lives under justification by faith in Jesus. “19 For through the law I
died to the law, so that I might live to God. 20 I have been crucified with
Christ. It is no longer I who live, but Christ who lives in me. And the life
I now live in the flesh I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and
gave himself for me. 21 I do not nullify the grace of God, for if
righteousness[c] were through the law, then Christ died for no purpose.” Galatians 2:19-21 English Standard
Version (ESV). Do we go to church on Sunday, Saturday or Wednesday to show
our “Good Works” or to share our faith and worship Jesus? We need to walk in victory with Jesus every
minute of every day! ““Thus says the Lord who made
the earth, the Lord who formed it to establish it—the Lord is his name: Call
to me and I will answer you, and will tell you great and hidden things that
you have not known.” Jeremiah 33:2-3
ESV. Jesus
is the light that keeps us on the path to a victorious, purpose filled life!
Jesus
is calling; “sinner com home!” He won’t call forever, now is the time to
answer his call. Do you want to choose good over evil? If the answer is yes

“But the Lord said to Samuel,
“Do not look on his appearance or on the height of his stature, because I
have rejected him. For the Lord sees not as man sees: man looks on the
outward appearance, but the Lord looks on the heart.” 1 Samuel 16:7 ESV.
