Everyday With Jesus!

Today’s Feast

May 23, 2015 – Mark 5

Everyday With Jesus!

Please join with us sharing God’s Word daily. We will spend about fifteen minutes a day praying and reading every word in God’s Word in approximately three years.

2 Let each of us please his neighbor for his good, leading to edification. Romans 15:2 New King James Version (NKJV).

Dear Saints,

Thank you for joining us, as we prayerfully continue the Feast in Mark Chapter 5; “The demoniac healed. (1-20) A woman healed. (21-34) The daughter of Jairus raised. (35-43)- Matthew Henry Concise.

Is everyday with Jesus better than the day before? I think that would depend on our individual relationship with Him. This woman that reached out to Him had no relationship with him so she was afraid of Jesus after she was healed. She had faith that Jesus could heal her just by His presence, she thought he might rebuke her as a person. “28 For she said, "If only I may touch His clothes, I shall be made well." 29 Immediately the fountain of her blood was dried up, and she felt in her body that she was healed of the affliction. 30 And Jesus, immediately knowing in Himself that power had gone out of Him, turned around in the crowd and said, "Who touched My clothes?" 31 But His disciples said to Him, "You see the multitude thronging You, and You say, Who touched Me?' " 32 And He looked around to see her who had done this thing. 33 But the woman, fearing and trembling, knowing what had happened to her, came and fell down before Him and told Him the whole truth.Mark 5:28-33 NKJV. Whenever a person comes forward to our Savior in faith they are rewarded “34 And He said to her, "Daughter, your faith has made you well. Go in peace, and be healed of your affliction."Mark 5:34 NKJV. We are sure her life with Jesus became better once she openly confessed her faith in Jesus. She went from being an unhealthy person, to a Daughter in the King’s court. ”13 He who covers his sins will not prosper, But whoever confesses and forsakes them will have mercy.Proverbs 28:13 NKJV. Now we are assured that we are saved in our relationship with God’s only Son Jesus.7 In Him we have redemption through His blood, the forgiveness of sins, according to the riches of His graceEphesians 1:7 NKJV. I say again just knowing who Jesus is isn’t enough, enjoy a saintly relationship with Him. “16 knowing that a man is not justified by the works of the law but by faith in Jesus Christ, even we have believed in Christ Jesus, that we might be justified by faith in Christ and not by the works of the law; for by the works of the law no flesh shall be justified.Galatians 2:16 NKJV. Everyday with Jesus is better than the day before! If the Lord is willing I’ll send and post the Feast tomorrow.

Is Jesus knocking at your door? Are you ready to answer God’s call? Don’t get caught up in “religion”, it is about a relationship. Our salvation depends completely on God! We are the Saints that Jesus sacrificed his life to pay in full for our sin, when we repent and accept Jesus. He will come to get every Saint; “36 "But of that day and hour no one knows, not even the angels of heaven, but My Father only.Matthew 24:36. We are building our relationship with Jesus right now, do not wait while you try to change anything.
