July 27, 2013 – Job 36
Dear
Saints,
Today
we prayerfully continue our Feast reading Job
36.
“Elihu
thinks
Jobs not
yet humbled.
Elihu counsels Job telling him that God
heal
the faithful.
He
tries to cheerup Job in the
work of God
concerning man.
“14 How
much less, then, will he listen
when you say that you do not see him, that your case is before him and you must wait for him, 15 and further, that his anger never punishes and he does not take the least notice of wickedness. 16 So Job opens his mouth with empty talk; without knowledge he multiplies words.”” Job 36:14-16 ESV.
Elihu
is
there trying to bolster Job's faith and cheerful surrender to the
will of God.
The
natural man resists God.
However
I've never met a Saint that resents inviting Jesus into his heart.
“[
Jesus, Founder and Perfecter of Our Faith ] Therefore, since we
are surrounded by so great a cloud of witnesses, let us also lay
aside every weight, and sin which clings so closely, and let us
run with endurance the race that is set before us,”
Hebrews 12:1 ESV. Don't
cling to nor brag about your life as a natural person. Cling to
the grace of God, peace of the Holy Spirit, and our Salvation in
Jesus.
Can
you still hear Jesus calling? He is saying; “sinner com home!”
He won’t call forever, now is the time to answer his call. Do
you want to choose good over evil? If the answer is yes please

By Faith ] Now faith is the assurance of things hoped for, the
