It Really Is About Love!

(16-20)”  -  Matthew Henry Concise Return to Admenu – Admenu’s Alternate Site Dear Saints, Today we prayerfully continue our Feast reading Ecclesiastes Chapter10.  We are told to avoid even the appearance of evil (see James 1:26) for the sake of those who may be looking at us as Christ’s ambassadors.  If you expect people to respect you should be respectful to others (see Luke 6:31).  Be sober in all your thoughts and actions.  “20 Even in your thoughts, do not curse the king, nor in your bedroom curse the rich, or a bird of the air will carry your voice, or some winged creature tell the matter.“   Ecclesiastes 10:20  English Standard Version (ESV).   Brothers and Sisters, caution those who are slothful, be encouraging to the timid, lend help to the weak, (see Acts 20:35) be patient with them all; “4 Love is patient and kind; love does not envy or boast; it is not arrogant 5 or rude. It does not insist on its own way; it is not irritable or resentful; 6 it does not rejoice at wrongdoing, but rejoices with the truth. 7 Love bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things.“  1 Corinthians 13:4-7 ESV.  By loving God and our neighbor as ourselves we will fulfil all of the directives to the wise in Ecclesiastes as we walk in the love of Jesus.       Is Jesus calling you?  Do you want to be loved?  Do you want to find true happiness, peace and purpose in your life?  If the answer is yes to any of these questions please click the following link; http://www.admenu.com/calling.htm The Feast does belong to Jesus!
