Not Stones? Luke 19

7th Year 11-12 Edition 3 – Luk. 19
l The Feast l

July_18_2012 Luke_19

Dear Saints,

Today we prayerfully continue our Feast in Luke 19. We have a prayer list on the internet for anyone who has a request. If you have ever joined us there you know we begin with praise then move on to prayer. The reason that we do that is because God's Word tells us to. “36 And as he rode along, they spread their cloaks on the road. 37 As he was drawing near—already on the way down the Mount of Olives— the whole multitude of his disciples began to rejoice and praise God with a loud voice for all the mighty works that they had seen, 38 saying, “Blessed is the King who comes in the name of the Lord! Peace in heaven and glory in the highest! 39 And some of the Pharisees in the crowd said to him, “Teacher, rebuke your disciples.” 40 He answered, “I tell you, if these were silent, the very stones would cry out.” Luke 19:36-40 English Standard Version (ESV). We never want to be silent especially when we are approaching God with requests. We don't want the stones to do what should be doing! “3 Know that the Lord, he is God!
It is he who made us, and we are his;
we are his people, and the sheep of his pasture.
4 Enter his gates with thanksgiving,
and his courts with praise!
Give thanks to him; bless his name!
5 For the Lord is good;
his steadfast love endures forever,
and his faithfulness to all generations” Psalm 100:3-5 ESV. Our God is awesome and worthy of praise. We thankfully praise Him for our salvation, His love, and all He has done for us. “3 my God, my rock, in whom I take refuge,
my shield, and the horn of my salvation,
my stronghold and my refuge,
my savior; you save me from violence.
4 I call upon the Lord, who is worthy to be praised,
and I am saved from my enemies.” 2 Samuel 22:3-4 ESV. Go forward keeping the first thing first. That is salvation through the blood of the Lamb, Jesus. I am not a Theologian. If I'm mistaken in the Feast or you want something added or changed on the prayer list. http://www.admenu.com/am/praise.html. please write mlitew8@yahoo.com. Don’t get caught up in “religion”, it is about a relationship. Our salvation depends completely on God! We are the Saints that Jesus sacrificed his life to pay in full for our sin, when we repent and accept Jesus. He will come to get every Saint; “…But concerning that day and hour no one knows, not even the angels of heaven, nor the Son, but the Father only.” Matthew 24:36. We are building our relationship with Jesus right now, do not wait while you try to change anything.

God Bless you,
Brother Mike

[The Righteous Shall Live by Faith] For I am not ashamed of the gospel, for it is the power of God for salvation to everyone who believes, to the Jew first and also to the Greek.” Romans 1:16 ESV.
