Rejected, Restorer

Today’s Feast

Feb 5, 2015 - Genesis 43
Rejected, Restorer
Please join with us sharing God’s Word daily. We will spend about fifteen minutes a day praying and reading every word in God’s Word in approximately three years.
4 For the word of the Lord is right, And all His work is done in truth. 5 He loves righteousness and justice; The earth is full of the goodness of the Lord." Psalm 33:4-5 New King James Version (NKJV).

Dear Saints,

Today we prayerfully continue our Feast by reading the book of Genesis Chapter 43; “Jacob is persuaded to send Benjamin into Egypt.(1-14) Joseph's reception of his brethren, their fears. (15-25) Joseph makes a feast for his brethren. (26-34) - Matthew Henry Concise
As we continue our Feast in Genesis 43, In this Scripture we see Joseph (see Genesis 43:16) dealing with his brothers. I couldn’t help but thinking that because of the love Joseph felt for Benjamin; (see Genesis 43:30) that Joseph was glad that God gave Jacob another son to bless him in his old age. Joseph loved all his brothers but he had a special place in his heart for Benjamin; “33 And they sat before him, the firstborn according to his birthright and the youngest according to his youth; and the men looked in astonishment at one another. 34 Then he took servings to them from before him, but Benjamin's serving was five times as much as any of theirs. So they drank and were merry with him. Genesis 43:33-34 NKJV The one the brother’s rejected saved them all! There was another person rejected by all whom he loves; “42 Jesus said to them, "Have you never read in the Scriptures: 'The stone which the builders rejected Has become the chief cornerstone. This was the Lord's doing, And it is marvelous in our eyes'?Matthew 21:42 NKJV. This same Jesus that men rejected and many still do (see John 14:6) is the only one who can save and restore us to God our heavenly Father!

It really is not about religion”, it is about a relationship. Our salvation depends completely on God! We are the Saints that Jesus sacrificed his life to pay in full for our sin, when we repent and accept Jesus. He will come to get every Saint; “But concerning that day and hour no one knows, not even the angels of heaven, nor the Son, but the Father only.Matthew 24:36. We are building our relationship with Jesus right now, do not wait while you try to change anything; admenu.com/calling.htm
