The Best of the Feast
Mar 24, 2017 – Ecclesiastes 4
What Do We Pursue?
“21 He who follows righteousness and mercy Finds life,
righteousness and honor.” Proverbs 21:21
Please join with us
sharing God’s Word daily. We spend about fifteen minutes a day praying and
reading every word in God’s Word in approximately three years.
Dear Saints,
Today we
prayerfully continue our Feast reading Ecclesiastes Chapter
4. Evil men are going to hate and
despise life. No good comes from a
man’s envy of his neighbor. A selfish
man cares for nobody but himself. A wise man will work hard blessing those he
loves. “15 I saw all the living who walk under the sun; They
were with the second youth who stands in his place. 16 There was no end of
all the people over whom he was made king; Yet those who come afterward will
not rejoice in him. Surely this also is vanity and grasping for the wind.“ Ecclesiastes
4:15-16 New King James Version
(NKJV). If we strive to imitate Jesus
we will love our neighbors pray for those who persecute the church (See Matthew
5:43-44). “4 For the word of the Lord is right, And all
His work is done in truth. 5 He loves righteousness and justice; The earth is
full of the goodness of the Lord.“
– Psalm
33:4-5 NKJV. We are born again pursuing the love of God.
We will love our neighbor. In doing so we are fulfilling God’s law (see Romans
13:10). Continue to pursue the
love of God and share salvation in Jesus name. If the Lord is willing I will write and post
the Feast tomorrow.
