 Between Man & God!

Please join with us sharing God’s Word daily. We spend about fifteen minutes a day praying and reading every word in God’s Word in approximately three years.

Dear Saints,

Today we prayerfully continue our Feast reading Job 25.  Bildad points out that there is immeasurable distance between God and man.  This chapter was short in words so I posted the whole thing; “25 Then Bildad the Shuhite answered and said:
“Dominion and fear belong to Him;
He makes peace in His high places.
Is there any number to His armies?
Upon whom does His light not rise?
How then can man be righteous before God?
Or how can he be pure who is born of a woman?
If even the moon does not shine,
And the stars are not pure in His sight,
How much less man, who is a maggot,
And a son of man, who is a worm?”” Job 25:1-6, New King James Version (NKJV).
Praise God Jesus has closed the distance between man and God.  Jesus paid the total price for the believer’s sin.  Jesus overcame death and went back to God the Father so that we could be baptized (sealed with) the Holy Spirit.  “For in Him dwells all the fullness of the Godhead bodily; 10 and you are complete in Him, who is the head of all principality and power.” Colossians 2:9-10, NKJV.  Natural man does not see the need for salvation.  Pray for those that you come in contact with so they will realize what a sinful state they are in.  Pray that they will turn from their sin, be baptized in the name of the Father, Son and Holy Spirit.  If the Lord is willing I will write and post the Feast tomorrow.

Only Jesus knows where you’re at.  Jesus is calling!  Do you hear that small voice calling; sinner com home?  Do you want to choose good over evil? If the answer is yes please click the following link; admenu.com/calling.html

Today’s Verse; “Oh come, let us worship and bow down; Let us kneel before the Lord our Maker. For He is our God, And we are the people of His pasture, And the sheep of His hand. Today, if you will hear His voice:Psalm 95:6-7, NKJV.

Find Peace, Hope And Security!

The Best of the Feast

 Find Peace, Hope And Security!

Please join with us sharing God’s Word daily. We spend about fifteen minutes a day praying and reading every word in God’s Word in approximately three years.

Dear Saints,

Today we prayerfully continue our Feast by reading Job 24.  Job speaks to the apparent richness of the wicked. Those who are evil love darkness. Job feels that judgment of the oppressors is slow to come; “ 24 They are exalted for a little while,
Then they are gone.
They are brought low;
They are taken out of the way like all others;
They dry out like the heads of grain.
25 “Now if it is not so, who will prove me a liar,
And make my speech worth nothing?”” Job 24:24-25,  New King James Version (NKJV). The apparent security and wellbeing of the wicked is only a mirage.  Without Jesus people have no hope and their peace is fleeting. “21 Therefore lay aside all filthiness and overflow of wickedness, and receive with meekness the implanted word, which is able to save your souls.”  James 1:21, NKJV.  The Joy and happiness of the wicked is a smokescreen. True peace, hope and security is reserved for those who turn from sin and accept Jesus as their Savior. Remember faith comes by hearing the Word of God. Encourage others to join us in our three-year journey through God’s Word.

 Where Are We Walking?

Please join with us sharing God’s Word daily. We spend about fifteen minutes a day praying and reading every word in God’s Word in approximately three years.

Dear Saints,

Today we prayerfully continue our Feast reading Job 23.  After you have prayed and read today’s chapter, go back read verses ten and eleven again.  Then consider yourself over the last week.  Would you happily state these same words about yourself? “10 But He knows the way that I take;
When He has tested me, I shall come forth as gold.
11 My foot has held fast to His steps;
I have kept His way and not turned aside.

” Job 23:10-11, New King James Version (NKJV). Remember only you and Jesus know for sure. If these verses describe your walk with God; give him the praise and glory. If not it is your place to ask Jesus to forgive you.  He never leaves us we can drift away from him if we fail to keep our eyes and mind on Jesus.  “10 If you keep My commandments, you will abide in My love, just as I have kept My Father’s commandments and abide in His love.”  John 15:10, NKJV.  Keep your eyes and mind on Jesus he loves you and will never forsake you.  We have his Word on it!  Let’s continue to abide in God’s love and walk in His path as we share Jesus with those who will hear.

Today’s Verse; “28 There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither slave nor free, there is neither male nor female; for you are all one in Christ Jesus.Galatians 3:28, NKJV.

Can I Pray For You?

 Can I Pray For You?

Please join with us sharing God’s Word daily. We spend about fifteen minutes a day praying and reading every word in God’s Word in approximately three years.

Dear Saints,

Today we prayerfully continue our Feast reading Job 22.  Eliphaz maintains a man’s goodness is of no profit to God. Job is accused of doing harm with his wealth. They compare their current condition to the world before the flood.   Eliphaz tells Job to repent and God will restore his life.  Because we have the Word of God we know he is being tested because his faith blesses God.

29 When they cast you down, and you say, ‘Exaltation will come!
Then He will save the humble person.
30 He will even deliver one who is not innocent;
Yes, he will be delivered by the purity of your hands.”
” Job 22:29-30,  New King James Version (NKJV). Take a good look at this man called Job; has he done anything to reject God?  No! He is being tested because of his faith in God.  If you are being tested it isn’t because you have rejected God.  It is not because Jesus has rejected you. “Therefore God also has highly exalted Him and given Him the name which is above every name, 10 that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of those in heaven, and of those on earth, and of those under the earth, 11 and that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.” Philippians 2:9-11, NKJV.  If you have accepted Jesus and turned from your sin you are blessing and being blessed by God.  If you aren’t being tested or tempted thank Jesus.  If you are being tested call on Jesus because that will be to the glory of God the Father.  If you see people in trouble don’t assume that they don’t know Jesus.  Try saying something like; “It looks like you’re having a hard time, can I pray for you?”  They will let you know if they are saved or not, either way they will most likely appreciate your concern. If the Lord is willing I will write and post the Feast tomorrow.

Why Do We Feast In God’s Word?

The Best of the Feast

 Why Do We Feast In God’s Word?

Please join with us sharing God’s Word daily. We spend about fifteen minutes a day praying and reading every word in God’s Word in approximately three years.

Dear Saints,

Today we prayerfully continue our Feast reading Job 21.  Job implores his friends to listen to his words.  Job points out that the worldly people seem to prosper.  He points to the worldly saying; “they have no substance and no account with God. The wicked continue to prosper here but they will not be rescued in the day of God’s wrath. 33 The clods of the valley shall be sweet to him;
Everyone shall follow him,
As countless have gone before him.
34 How then can you comfort me with empty words,
Since falsehood remains in your answers?

” Job 21:33-34, New King James Version (NKJV).  Job is full of faith; he is sure of the wisdom of God. Jesus died and overcame death for you and I.  We know that forgiveness fostered by Jesus outweigh our fleshly provisions.   “But He answered and said, “It is written, ‘Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceeds from the mouth of God.’””  Matthew 4:4, NKJV. This is just another reason we pray and Feast in the Word of God every day.  Because we read God’s Word we know what God says!  We need no man to tell us what he thinks God is saying. We know the Holy Spirit will give us understanding.

Whose mind is stayed on You,
Because he trusts in You.

What Is More Valuable?

The Best of the Feast

 What Is More Valuable?

Please join with us sharing God’s Word daily. We spend about fifteen minutes a day praying and reading every word in God’s Word in approximately three years.

Dear Saints,

Today we prayerfully continue our Feast reading Job 20.  Zophar says that the joy of the wicked is fleeting and lasts but a short time. The love of the world and its riches are wicked. The unrepentant person will see their treasure slip away from them;

28 The increase of his house will depart,
And his goods will flow away in the day of His wrath.
29 This is the portion from God for a wicked man,
The heritage appointed to him by God.”” Job 20:28-29,  New King James Version (NKJV).  Where is the value of goods earned from self-interest and treachery?  Of what value to are the gifts of the Holy Spirit?  That which is gained and treasured from the world will be of no value in the kingdom of God.   “Do not be deceived, God is not mocked; for whatever a man sows, that he will also reap. For he who sows to his flesh will of the flesh reap corruption, but he who sows to the Spirit will of the Spirit reap everlasting life. And let us not grow weary while doing good, for in due season we shall reap if we do not lose heart.” Galatians 6:7-9, NKJV.  Those that seek worldly treasure and self-importance will learn that it has no value in the kingdom of God. Jesus will return for those who seek the gifts of the Holy Spirit, and in that day they will be justified!   If the Lord is willing I will write and post the Feast tomorrow.

Today’s Verse; “For as we have many members in one body, but all the members do not have the same function, so we, being many, are one body in Christ, and individually members of one another.Romans 12:4-5, NKJV.

Give Me One Reason?

The Best of the Feast

 Give Me One Reason?

Please join with us sharing God’s Word daily. We spend about fifteen minutes a day praying and reading every word in God’s Word in approximately three years.

Dear Saints,

Today we prayerfully continue our Feast reading Job 19.  Job is so afflicted his friends consider him a wicked man.   Job is afflicted like the enemies of God.  Job remains confident that the resurrection will come after death.

28 If you should say, ‘How shall we persecute him?’—
Since the root of the matter is found in me,
29 Be afraid of the sword for yourselves;
For wrath brings the punishment of the sword,
That you may know there is a judgment.”” Job 19:28-29,  New King James Version (NKJV). In spite of all that has happened to Job he is sure of God’s resurrection and judgment. You and I have God’s Word that we will continue in Jesus until He returns for us. “being confident of this very thing, that He who has begun a good work in you will complete it until the day of Jesus Christ;”  Philippians 1:6, NKJV.  This is just one of the reasons we pray and read the Word of God every day. If the Lord is willing I will write and post the Feast tomorrow.

Unrepentant or Under Attack?

 Unrepentant or Under Attack?

Please join with us sharing God’s Word daily. We spend about fifteen minutes a day praying and reading every word in God’s Word in approximately three years.

Dear Saints,

Today we prayerfully continue our Feast by reading Job18.  Previously Bildad gave Job good advice, here he criticizes Job. Bildad points out that sin will be men’s ruin, if they do not repent.   Sin is the cancer that ruins the unrepentant person’s life; 13 It devours patches of his skin;
The firstborn of death devours his limbs.
14 He is uprooted from the shelter of his tent,
And they parade him before the king of terrors.
15 They dwell in his tent who are none of his;
Brimstone is scattered on his dwelling.
16 His roots are dried out below,
And his branch withers above
. Job 18:13-16,  New King James Version (NKJV)Bildad feels that Job’s sin is obvious because he witnessed the deterioration of Job’s life.  He never thought about Job being persecuted because of his faith in God! “20 Now to Him who is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us, 21 to Him beglory in the church by Christ Jesus to all generations, forever and ever. Amen.”  Ephesians 3:20-21, NKJV. God understands that which we can’t comprehend.  Instead of looking for the sin in the Saint’s life, we should be quick to ask Jesus to bind Satan from the Saint’s life.  From our vantage point we can’t always tell if a person is under attack for sinning against God or under attack for having faith in Jesus.

Today’s Verse; “I love the Lord, because He has heard
My voice and my supplications.
Because He has inclined His ear to me,
Therefore I will call upon Him as long as I live.”

If God’s Answer Is No?

The Best of the Feast

 If God’s Answer Is No?

Please join with us sharing God’s Word daily. We spend about fifteen minutes a day praying and reading every word in God’s Word in approximately three years.

Dear Saints,

Today we prayerfully continue our Feast reading Job 17.  Job appeals to God as a man who has been denounced by his friends.  Job’s life has taken so many wrong turns he feels that his hope is in death; “13 If I hope for Sheol as my house,

    if I make my bed in darkness,
14 if I say to the pit, ‘You are my father,’
    and to the worm, ‘My mother,’ or ‘My sister,’
15 where then is my hope?
    Who will see my hope?
16 Will it go down to the bars of Sheol?

    Shall we descend together into the dust?”Job 17:13-16,  New King James Version (NKJV).  Job’s life has fallen apart he feels that death is the only answer.  We are similar to Job in that we don’t know what God sees in the big picture of our lives. The big difference between Job and us is we have the Word of God and the Holy Spirit to guide us.  “2 I will worship toward Your holy temple,
And praise Your name
For Your lovingkindness and Your truth;
For You have magnified Your word above all Your name.
”  Psalm 138:2, NKJV.  No matter what is going on in our life we have hope in that Jesus knows exactly what we need.  Because he does love us, and wants us to have the very best, (John 16:29-33) we should thank Jesus when the answer is no. If the Lord is willing I will write and post the Feast tomorrow.

Do this today while you still have time!  Jesus is calling!  Do you hear that small voice calling; sinner com home?  Do you want to choose good over evil? If the answer is yes please click the following link; admenu.com/calling.html

Today’s Verse; “18 If I say, “My foot slips,”
Your mercy, O Lord, will hold me up.
19 In the multitude of my anxieties within me,
Your comforts delight my soul.”
Psalm 94:18-19, NKJV.
