Today's FeastJuly 6, 2015 – Numbers 34Who Does God Know?
Please
join with us sharing God’s Word daily. We will spend about
fifteen minutes a day praying and reading every word in God’s
Word in approximately three years.
“35
Heaven and earth will pass away, but my words will not pass away.”
Matthew
24:35
English Standard Version (ESV).
Dear Saints,
Thank
you for joining us, as we prayerfully continue the Feast by
reading Numbers Chapter
34;
“The
bounds of the promised land. (1-15)
Those appointed to divide the land. (16-29)”
-
Matthew
Henry Concise.
Today
we see God naming the chief for the tribes of Israel. Why do you
think God named a chief for each tribe? “16
The
Lord spoke to Moses, saying, 17
“These
are the names of the men who shall divide the land to you for
inheritance: Eleazar the priest and Joshua the son of Nun. 18
You
shall take one chief from every tribe to divide the land for
inheritance. 19
These
are the names of the men:…“
Numbers
34:16-19
ESV. God knows every individual he sets free. This pertains to
being set free from slavery, oppression or sin. We may begin to
grumble or think that God is mad at us. Our God doesn’t want one
person to fail. “The
Lord is not slow to fulfill his promise as some count slowness,
but is patient toward you, not wishing that any should
perish,
but that all should
reach
repentance.”
2
Peter
3:9
ESV.
Enjoy our Feast and keep the first thing first, Salvation from sin
paid for by God in the blood of the Lamb. Once again Saint, people
are watching you to see how true Christians handle life. “Love
one another with brotherly affection. Outdo one another in showing
honor.”
Romans
12:10
ESV. God
knows every person! I
send the Feast out as the Holy Spirit inspires me.
Lord willing I will post and send the Feast again tomorrow.
Is
Jesus knocking at your door? Are you ready to answer God’s call?
Don’t
get caught up in “religion”, it is about a relationship. Our
salvation depends completely on God! We are the Saints that Jesus
sacrificed his life to pay in full for our sin, when we repent and
accept Jesus. He will come to get every Saint; “36
“But concerning that day and hour no one knows, not even the
angels of heaven, nor the Son, but the Father only.”
Matthew
24:36
ESV.
We are building our relationship with Jesus right now, do not wait
while you try to change anything;
