Keep The First Thing First!

Today’s Feast

Apr 19, 2015 – Exodus 38

Keep The First Thing First!

Please join with us sharing God’s Word daily. We will spend about fifteen minutes a day praying and reading every word in God’s Word in approximately three years.

23 Search me, O God, and know my heart; Try me, and know my anxieties; 24 And see if there is any wicked way in me, And lead me in the way everlasting.” Psalm 139:23-24 New King James Version (NKJV).

Dear Saints,

Thank you for joining us, as we prayerfully continue the Feast in Exodus Exodus 38; The brazen altar and laver. (1-8) The court. (9-20) The offerings of the people. (21-31)” - Matthew Henry Concise.

Today’s Feast is about the building of God’s tabernacle where workmen followed God’s directives. God had Moses keep a record of everything that was used or built; “21 This is the inventory of the tabernacle, the tabernacle of the Testimony, which was counted according to the commandment of Moses, for the service of the Levites, by the hand of Ithamar, son of Aaron the priest.Exodus 38:21, NKJV. There is no
guessing where God works he keeps exacting records. For example he even knows the number of sparrows in His creation.; “6 Are not five sparrows sold for two copper coins? And not one of them is forgotten before God.Luke 12:6 NKJV. Make no mistake about it, God is aware of everything and everyone in his creation.; “7 But the very hairs of your head are all numbered. Do not fear therefore; you are of more value than many sparrows.Luke 12:7 NKJV.
Make no mistake about it God is very concise about whom has accepted his gift paid for by the blood of Jesus. “12 And I saw the dead, small and great, standing before God, and books were opened. And another book was opened, which is the Book of Life. And the dead were judged according to their works, by the things which were written in the books.Revelation 20:12 NKJV. Those who reject God’s gift of salvation will receive just wages of sin. Sin is the slave master that keeps the unsaved.;”22 Many will say to Me in that day, 'Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in Your name, cast out demons in Your name, and done many wonders in Your name?' 23 And then I will declare to them, 'I never knew you; depart from Me, you who practice lawlessness!'Matthew 7:22-23 NKJV. This is why we keep the first thing first, salvation in the name of our Lord, Jesus Christ. If the Lord is willing I’ll send and post the Feast again this tomorrow.

Don’t get caught up in “religion”, it is about a relationship. Our salvation depends completely on God! We are the Saints that Jesus sacrificed his life to pay in full for our sin, when we repent and accept Jesus. He will come to get every Saint; “But concerning that day and hour no one knows, not even the angels of heaven, nor the Son, but the Father only.Matthew 24:36 NKJV. We are building our relationship with Jesus right now, do not wait while you try to change anything.; admenu.com/calling.htm .
