Promise or Threat?

Today’s Feast

March 23, 2015 – Exodus 11

Promise or Threat?

But I will harden Pharaoh's heart, and though I multiply my signs and wonders in the land of Egypt,Exodus 7:3, New King James Version (NKJV).

Dear Saints,

Thank you for joining us, as we prayerfully continue our Feast in Exodus Chapter 11; God's last instructions to Moses respecting Pharaoh and the Egyptians. (1-3) The death of the first-born threatened. (4-10)“ - Matthew Henry Concise.
God tell Moses to tell the Pharaoh;4 Then Moses said, "Thus says the Lord: 'About midnight I will go out into the midst of Egypt; 5 and all the firstborn in the land of Egypt shall die, from the firstborn of Pharaoh who sits on his throne, even to the firstborn of the female servant who is behind the handmill, and all the firstborn of the animals.Exodus 11:1, NKJV. This time he gets the Paroahs ear. The question is does the Paroah now know whether it is a threat or a promise. The Lord God is saying to us; “23 For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.Romans 6:23 NKJV. Do you welcome God's word as a promise or is it a threat. God has made it very clear what He will do (John 36:16) for all who believe.
