Whoever desires, let him take the water of life freely.” Revelation 22:17  New King James Version (NKJV) Return to Admenu – Admenu’s Alternate Site Dear Saints, Today we prayerfully continue our Feast by reading the book of Hebrews Chapter 2; Hold fast and honor the gift of salvation (Hebrews 2:1-4) delivered to us by God through the sacrifice of His only son Jesus.  Jesus became a man of flesh who remained sinless and willingly suffered and died (Hebrews 2:5-9) so that you and I might gain salvation.   In other words Jesus became flesh (Hebrews 2:10-13) and suffered a violent death to give us victory over death.  Jesus doesn’t die for the angels, (Hebrews 2:14-18) He died to for us, the seed of Abraham which were lost in our sin.  “17 Therefore, in all things He had to be made like His brethren, that He might be a merciful and faithful High Priest in things pertaining to God, to make propitiation for the sins of the people. 18 For in that He Himself has suffered, being tempted, He is able to aid those who are tempted.” Hebrews 2:17-18 New King James Version (NKJV).  God’s Word is very clear about who and why (Romans 5:14-16) Jesus the only Son of God came to redeem; “The Lord is not slack concerning His promise, as some count slackness, but is longsuffering toward us, not willing that any should perish but that all should come to repentance.” 2 Peter 3:9 NKJV.  Jesus died to pay in full for the sins (John 3:16) for anyone who will repent and ask Him into their life.
