Justice Begins At Home!

Today's Feast

Aug. 2, 2015 – Deuteronomy 25

Justice Begins At Home!

Please join with us sharing God’s Word daily. W e will spend about fifteen minutes a day praying and reading every word in God’s Word in approximately three years.

22 But be doers of the word, and not hearers only, deceiving yourselves.James 1:22, English Standard Version (ESV).

Dear Saints,

Thank you for joining us, as we prayerfully continue the Feast by reading Deuteronomy Chapter 25; “Extent of punishment. (1-3) The ox that treadeth the corn. (4) Marriage of a brother's wife. (5-12) Of unjust weights. (13-16) War against Amalek. (17-19)" - Matthew Henry Concise.

Our God is good and greatly to be praised. Listen Saint, God would have us deal fairly in all of our ways. “13 You shall not have in your bag two kinds of weights, a large and a small. 14You shall not have in your house two kinds of measures, a large and a small. 15 A full and fair weight you shall have, a full and fair measure you shall have, that your days may be long in the land that the Lord your God is giving you. 16 For all who do such things, all who act dishonestly, are an abomination to the Lord your God.Deuteronomy 25:13-16, ESV. This is why we deal fairly with everyone we come in contact with. I believe that treating others the way Jesus treats us is always in order. “35 And one of them, a lawyer, asked him a question to test him. 36 Teacher, which is the great commandment in the Law?”37 And he said to him, “You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind.38 This is the great and first commandment. 39 And a second is like it: You shall love your neighbor as yourself. 40 On these two commandments depend all the Law and the Prophets.Matthew 22:35-40 ESV. Again we can say; “God is awesome he never changes the New Testament agrees with the old. God’s Word is true and faithful, he expects our word to mean what we say. Never lie, let your yes be yes and your no be no. Try to value your word as much as God does.”Endeavor to keep the first thing first; that being salvation through the blood of the only begotten son of God, Jesus! Justice begins at home; 25 Husbands, love your wives, as Christ loved the church and gave himself up for her, 26 that he might sanctify her, having cleansed her by the washing of water with the word,Ephesians 5:25-26 ESV. I send the Feast out as the Holy Spirit inspires me. If the Lord Is willing I’ll send and post the Feast again tomorrow.

Don’t get caught up in “religion”, it is about a relationship. Our salvation depends completely on God! We are the Saints that Jesus sacrificed his life to pay in full for our sin, when we repent and accept Jesus. He will come to get every Saint; “But concerning that day and hour no one knows, not even the angels of heaven, nor the Son, but the Father only.Matthew 24:36. We are building our relationship with Jesus right now, do not wait while you try to change anything;

God Bless You,
Brother Mike
