Pray
With Us!
Father
Please
heal
those who survived the attacks in France, bring resolution and
peace to those who lost loved ones. Father please let your
perfect will be done with the Islamic radicals everywhere. Amen!
“18
For Christ also suffered once for sins, the righteous for the
unrighteous, that he might bring us to God, being put to death in
the flesh but made alive in the spirit,”
1
Peter 3:18,
English Standard Version (ESV).
Dear
Saints,
Thank
you for joining us, as we prayerfully and faithfully continue the
Feast in 1
Samuel
Chapter
1;
“In
this book we have an account of Eli, and the wickedness of his
sons; also of Samuel, his character and actions. Then of the
advancement of Saul to be the king of Israel, and his ill
behaviour, until his death made way for David's succession to the
throne, who was an eminent type of Christ. David's patience,
modesty, constancy, persecution by open enemies and feigned
friends, are a pattern and example to the church, and to every
member of it. Many things in this book encourage the faith, hope,
and patience of the suffering believer. It contains also many
useful cautions and awful warnings.
Today
we see Hannah’s earnest
prayer for a son. When
the
son Samuel is weaned, Hannah presents him to the Lord. “26
And she said, “Oh, my lord! As you live, my lord, I am the woman
who was standing here in your presence, praying to the Lord. 27
For this child I prayed, and the Lord has granted me my petition
that I made to him. 28 Therefore I have lent him to the Lord. As
long as he lives, he is lent to the Lord.”
When
we earnestly ask God for anything in his will and he gives it to
us! It's
time for free nations everywhere (just as Hannah did) to earnestly
turn to God. That's the only way radicals and ungodly people will
be stopped in their tracks! God gave us a promise and it's up to
us to receive God's promise by, praying in Jesus name; “14
if my people who are called by my name humble themselves, and pray
and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear
from heaven and will forgive their sin and heal their land.”
2
Chronicles 7:14,
ESV. If we are faithful to wait on the Lord he will lead us and
keep us in his ways. Let’s keep the first thing first! That is
salvation through the blood of the lamb, Jesus. If the Lord is
willing I’ll send and post the Feast again tomorrow.
Don’t
get caught up in “religion”, it is about a relationship. Our
salvation depends completely on God! We are the Saints that Jesus
sacrificed his life to pay in full for our sin, when we repent and
accept Jesus. He will come to get every Saint; “36
“But concerning that day and hour no one knows, not even the
angels of heaven, nor the Son, but the Father only.”
Matthew
24:36,
ESV. We are building our relationship with Jesus right now, do not
wait while you try to change anything. Click this link for more
