A Watchman For God

Return to Admenu – Admenu’s Alternate Site Dear Saints, Today we prayerfully continue our Feast by reading the book of Ezekiel Chapter 3. We share the Word of God (Deuteronomy 8:3) as food for the soul..  A properly nourished soul (Romans 10:17) brings faith to fruition.   The faith we have in God’s Word (James 2:20) serves to produce good works.  Like Ezekiel we carry the Word of God and it yields God’s purposes; “27 But when I speak with you, I will open your mouth, and you shall say to them, ‘Thus says the Lord God.’ He who hears, let him hear; and he who refuses, let him refuse; for they are a rebellious house.” Ezekiel 3:27 New King James Version (NKJV).  God’s Word is a two-edged sword (Hebrews 4:12) that separates what is bad away from what is good.  The Holy Spirit will bring to our remembrance all what we read in God’s Word (John 14:26) when we need to use it. “8 Beware lest anyone cheat you through philosophy and empty deceit, according to the tradition of men, according to the basic principles of the world, and not according to Christ. 9 For in Him dwells all the fullness of the Godhead bodily; 10 and you are complete in Him, who is the head of all principality and power.” Colossians 2:8-10   NKJV.  As watchmen for God we can go forth with confidence in our faith; knowing that Jesus (Hebrews 13:5) will never leave or forsake us. If the Lord is willing I will write and share the Feast tomorrow.
