Give it up! Numbers 26 - 27

7th Year 11-12 Edition 3Mar15-NUM 26-27 l The Feast l May 16-17_2012 Numbers 26-27 Dear Saints, Today and tomorrow we prayerfully continue our Feast in Numbers 26 & 27. Today’s Feast reminds us that our God is is just. Remember when Aaron and Moses struck the rock three times to bring forth water for the people? We said that Moses would be punished not for striking the rock, but for taking God’s glory. Here it comes to pass; “12 The Lord said to Moses, “Go up into this mountain of Abarim and see the land that I have given to the people of Israel. 13 When you have seen it, you also shall be gathered to your people, as your brother Aaron was, 14 because you rebelled against my word in the wilderness of Zin when the congregation quarreled, failing to uphold me as holy at the waters before their eyes.” (These are the waters of Meribah of Kadesh in the wilderness of Zin.) ” Numbers 27:12-14, English Standard Version (ESV). Whenever you ask God for a blessing for yourself or anyone else make sure you give God the glory. We know that we are in His dept for our very lives. Our sin dept is paid for in blood by Jesus, God’s only begotten son. “16 “For God so loved the world, that he gave his only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life.“ John 3:16 ESV. Keep the first thing first, Salvation from sin paid for by God in the blood of the Lamb. Give him all the glory for he alone is righteous. “Oh, the depth of the riches and wisdom and knowledge of God! How unsearchable are his judgments and how inscrutable his ways!” Romans 11:33 ESV. I send the Feast out as the Holy Spirit inspires me. Our salvation depends completely on God! We are the Saints that Jesus sacrificed his life to pay in full for our sin, when we repent and accept Jesus. He will come to get every Saint; “…But concerning that day and hour no one knows, not even the angels of heaven, nor the Son, but the Father only.” Matthew 24:36.
