Feasting in God's Word!

Return to Admenu – Admenu’s Alternate Site Dear Saints, Thank you for joining us, as we prayerfully continue the Feast in Mark Chapter 8; “Four thousand fed by a miracle. (1-10) Christ cautions against the Pharisees and Herodians. (11-21) A blind man healed. (22-26) Peter's testimony to Christ. (27-33) Christ must be followed. (34-38)” - Matthew Henry Concise. In Mark 8 Jesus tells how to join him in Saintly Service. Jesus explains to them how they are to give up what they can’t keep for that which the cannot loose. “35 For whoever wants to save his life will lose it, but whoever loses his life for me and for the gospel will save it. 36 What good is it for a man to gain the whole world, yet forfeit his soul? 37 Or what can a man give in exchange for his soul? 38 If anyone is ashamed of me and my words in this adulterous and sinful generation, the Son of Man will be ashamed of him when he comes in his Father's glory with the holy angels."” Mark 8:35-38, NKJV. Is this what we call “Saintly Service” putting the first thing first? The first thing is salvation by the grace of God through the blood of the Lamb. Sharing this with others so that they can join us in God’s kingdom. We will find many more examples of how Saints prayerfully move forward in The Feast in God's Word. “23 for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God, 24 and are justified freely by his grace through the redemption that came by Christ Jesus.” Romans 3:23-24 NKJV. Our salvation depends completely on God! We are the Saints that Jesus sacrificed his life to pay in full for our sin, when we repent and accept Jesus. He will come to get every Saint; “36 "But of that day and hour no one knows, not even the angels of heaven, but My Father only.” Matthew 24:36. We are building our relationship with Jesus right now, do not wait while you try to change anything.
