Today’s Feast
Carry On Ambassadors!
Please join with us sharing God’s Word daily. We will spend about
fifteen minutes a day praying and reading every word in God’s Word in
approximately three years.
“11 For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord,
plans for welfare and not for evil, to give you a future and a
hope. 12 Then you will call upon me and come and
pray to me, and I will hear you.13 You will seek
me and find me, when you seek me with all your heart.” Jeremiah 29:11-13, English Standard Version (ESV)
Dear
Saints,
Thank you for joining us, as we prayerfully
continue our Feast in 1 Kings Chapter 19; “Elijah flees to
the wilderness. (1-8) God manifests himself to Elijah. (9-13) God's answer to Elijah. (14-18) The call of Elisha. (19-21) Elijah, by prayer, obtains rain. (41-46)” - Matthew Henry Concise.
Today we prayerfully read, 1
Kings 19. Elijah flees because Jezebel wants to take his life. He
considers quitting and dyeing but God sends an Angel with food to rescue him. God
prepares Elisa to replace Elijah; “19 So
he departed from there and found Elisha the son of Shaphat, who was plowing
with twelve yoke of oxen in
front of him, and he was with the twelfth. Elijah passed by him and
cast his cloak upon him. 20 And he left the oxen and ran after
Elijah and said, “Let me kiss my father and my mother, and then I will follow
you.” And he said to him, “Go back again, for what have I done to you?” 21
And he returned from following him and took the yoke of oxen and sacrificed
them and boiled their flesh with the yokes of the oxen and gave it to the
people, and they ate. Then he arose and went after Elijah and assisted him.” 1
Kings 19:19-21, ESV. Never presume to know God’s mind,
stay in the race until you finish. Wait on the Lord and he will
bless you, with purpose and love. “19 that is, in
Christ God was reconciling the world to himself, not counting their
trespasses against them, and entrusting to us the message of
reconciliation. 20 Therefore, we are ambassadors for Christ, God
making his appeal through us. We implore you on behalf of Christ, be
reconciled to God.” 2
Corinthians 5:19-20, ESV. Stay steadfast in your ambassadorship. Keep
the first thing first. That is salvation through the blood of our Lord
Jesus. As he did for Elijah God will refresh you to carry on in
your service to him. Love and trust him he will never forsake you. If
the lord is willing I will post and send the Feast again tomorrow.

Don’t get caught up in “religion”, it is about a
relationship. Our salvation depends completely on God! We are the Saints that
Jesus sacrificed his life to pay in full for our sin, when we repent and
accept Jesus. He will come to get every Saint; “36
“But concerning that day and hour no one knows, not even the angels of
heaven, nor the Son, but the Father only.” Matthew 24:36, ESV. We are
building our relationship with Jesus right now; do not wait while you try to
change anything. Click this link for

God Bless You,
Brother
