What If
God’s Answer Is No?
July 8, 2013 – Job 17
Dear Saints,
Today we prayerfully
continue our Feast reading Job 17. Job
appeals to God as a man who has been denounced by his friends. Job’s life has taken so many wrong turns he
feels that his hope is in death;
“13 If I hope for Sheol as my house,
if I
make my bed in darkness,
14 if I say to the pit, ‘You are my father,’
and to
the worm, ‘My mother,’ or ‘My sister,’
15 where then is my hope?
Who will
see my hope?
16 Will it go down to the bars of Sheol?
Shall we
descend together into the dust?”” Job 17:13-16 English
Standard Version (ESV).
Job’s life has
fallen apart he feels that death is the only answer. We are similar to Job in that we don’t know
what God sees in the big picture of our lives. The big difference between Job
and us is we have the Word of God and the Holy Spirit to guide us. “I bow down toward your holy temple and give thanks to your name for
your steadfast love and your faithfulness, for you have exalted above all
things your name and your word.”
Psalm 138:2
ESV. No matter what is going on in our
life we have hope in that Jesus knows exactly what we need. Because he does love us, and wants us to
have the very best, (John 16:29-33) we should thank Jesus when the answer is
no.
Are you ready? Jesus
is calling! Do you hear that small voice calling; sinner com
home? Do you want to choose good over
evil? If the answer is yes please click the following link;
This Feast belongs to
Jesus you may share it anywhere with any one!
The Feast
God
Bless you,
Brother

“This God—his way is perfect; the word of the Lord
proves true; he is a shield for all those who take refuge in him.” Psalm 18:30 ESV.
