Jan. 1, 2014 – Proverbs 3 Trust In The Lord With All Your Heart? Do not let God’s steadfast love and faithfulness forsake you. Proverbs 3  “Exhortations to obedience and faith. (1-6) To piety, and to improve afflictions. (7-12) To gain wisdom. (13-20) Guidance of Wisdom. (21-26) The wicked and the upright. (27-35)” -  Matthew Henry Concise Return to Admenu - Admenu’s Alternate Site Dear Saints, Today we start the New Year anticipating the blessings of 2014!  We prayerfully continue our Feast in the book of Proverbs  Chapter 3 Proverbs 3 reminds us to be obedient to God and our faith.  We are to trust God with all our heart and stay separate from the world. It tells us how to get wisdom and how to be guided by it. “34 Toward the scorners he is scornful, but to the humble he gives favor. 35 The wise will inherit honor, but fools get disgrace.” Proverbs 3:34-35 (English Standard Version) ESV.  The lessons from Proverbs should be written on our hearts.  We need at all times to be  ready for the return of Jesus (see 2 Peter 3:10).  Jesus said that none of us will know the the exact day and time Jesus will com but we know the season of His return (see Revelation 16:15) the season is on us so be strong and stay ready. “Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation. The old has passed away; behold, the new has come.” 2 Corinthians 5:17  ESV.  Don’t be thinking that the coming of Jesus will be delayed (see Matthew 22) again I say to you “Be Ready!”  do not be caught off guard.
