Faith Rewarded!

Return to Admenu – Admenu’s Alternate Site Dear Saints, Thank you for joining us, as we prayerfully continue the Feast in Matthew Chapter 8; “Multitudes follow Christ. (1) He heals a leper. (2-4) A centurion's servant healed. (5-13) Cure of Peter's wife's mother. (14-17) The scribe's zealous proposal. (18-22) Christ in a storm. (23-27) He heals two possessed with devils.(2-4) (28-34)“ - Matthew Henry Concise. Continueing in Matthew Chapter 8, we see Jesus acting on the faith of those who believe; “13 And to the centurion Jesus said, “Go; let it be done for you as you have believed.” And the servant was healed at that very moment.“ Matthew 8:13 NKJV. Have you considered where this kind of faith comes from? “17 So then faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of God. ” Romans 10:17 – NKJV. Once again we see how important it is to focus on our relationship as we Feast on God’s Word. Once more, keeping the first thing first. That’s salvation the gift of God. So now we can go forward, walking humbly, pronouncing Jesus the Christ to a hungry world. We are faithfully feasting on God’s Word; “19 "Do not lay up for yourselves treasures on earth, where moth and rust destroy and where thieves break in and steal; 20 but lay up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust destroys and where thieves do not break in and steal. 21 For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also.” Matthew 6:19-21 NKJV. If the Lord is willing I’ll send and post the Feast again tomorrow. Do you know that you are made in the image of God? You are an eternal being, where you spend eternity depends on your relationship with God? To be sure turn from sin invite Jesus in with this simple prayer; “Dear God, I am a sinner and need forgiveness. I believe that Jesus Christ shed His precious blood and died for my sin. I am willing to turn from sin. I now invite Christ to come into my heart and life as my personal Saviour.“ If you said this prayer inviting Jesus into your heart. Now turning from sin, and seek fellowship just as we do. We worship and fellowship in a Church (group of believers) that strive to measures up to God’s Word. You need a Bible believing body of believers (church) to worship and pray with. Our salvation depends completely on God! We are the Saints that Jesus sacrificed his life to pay in full for our sin, when we repent (turn from sin) and accept Jesus.
