Today’s Feast
genesis
Jan 4, 2015- Genesis 10-11
Descendants and Cultures

Please join with us sharing God’s Word daily.  We will spend about fifteen minutes a day praying and reading every word in God’s Word in approximately three years.

8 He has shown you, O man, what is good; And what does the Lord require of you But to do justly, To love mercy, And to walk humbly with your God?" - Micah 6:8  - New King James Version (NKJV).
Dear Saints,
Today we prayerfully continue our Feast by reading the book of Genesis Chapter 10 and Chapter 11; “The sons of Noah, of Japheth, of Ham. (1-7) Nimrod the first monarch. (8-14) The descendants of Canaan, The sons of Shem. (15-32)”” & “One language in the world, The building of Babel. (1-4) The confusion of tongues, The builders of Babel dispersed. (5-9) The descendants of Shem. (10-26) Terah, father of Abram, grandfather of Lot, they remove to Haran. (27-32)- Matthew Henry Concise
As we read the Feast we see the whole earth divided; “24 Arphaxad begot Salah, and Salah begot Eber. 25 To Eber were born two sons: the name of one was Peleg, for in his days the earth was divided; and his brother's name was Joktan. 26 Joktan begot Almodad, Sheleph, Hazarmaveth, Jerah,Genesis 10:24–26 NKJV. Families begin and prosper. And they began putting their culture ahead of the creator;   “5 But the Lord came down to see the city and the tower which the sons of men had built. 6 And the Lord said, "Indeed the people are one and they all have one language, and this is what they begin to do; now nothing that they propose to do will be withheld from them. 7 Come, let Us go down and there confuse their language, that they may not understand one another's speech." 8 So the Lord scattered them abroad from there over the face of all the earth, and they ceased building the city.Genesis 11:5–8 NKJV. God confused the languages (see Luke 1:51) to save man from himself!

17 For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world through Him might be saved.”  John 3:17  NKJV.

Will you accept Jesus into your heart? If you answered yes you need fellowship and so do we. Our salvation depends completely on God! We are the Saints that Jesus sacrificed his life to pay in full for our sin, when we repent (turn from sin) and accept Jesus. We worship and fellowship in a Church (group of believers) that strive to measures up to God’s Word. If you answered yes click the following link; www.admenu.com/calling.htm

If our Lord is willing I’ll send and post the Feast tomorrow.

God Bless You,
Brother Mike
