Today we’re halfway through our 40 day’s of prayer for our nation, praise God. Today’s reading of the feast will stand alone, remember to read it prayerfully. 40 Days of Prayer day 20 Prayer for our nation,devotional, – Pastor Glen Aycock “ 40 Days of Prayer- Devotional 20 SCRIPTURE: Daniel 2: 20-23 Blessed be the name of God forever and ever. For wisdom and might are His.  And He changes the times and the seasons,  He removes kings and rises up kings. He gives wisdom to the wise and knowledge to those who have understanding. He reveals deep and secret things,  He knows what is in the darkness and light dwells with Him. I thank You and praise You, O God of my fathers, You have given me wisdom and might, And now have made known to me what we asked of You, For You have made known to us the kings demand. Daniel 2:20-23 Devotional Thought: After listening to the debate last night between our two presidential candidates I am positive of one thing. That is, NEVER stop praying! God hears every word we utter from the moment we open our mouths. He knows what is in our hearts and loves us enough to answer. It may not be in our timeline, but God the Father is always right on time with His answer. We, as a people, need to be faithful and trust that He really does know what He is doing. I praise you Father for answered prayer and lift our country, its leaders and its people up to you. You are mighty and wonderful. Amen” We thank the Father God for salvation through the blood of the lamb, Jesus. “The secret of the LORD is with those who fear Him, And He will show them His covenant.
