Unless the Lord Builds the House It Won’t Stand!

December, 2013 –  Psalms 126-128 Psalms 126 “Those returned out of captivity are to be thankful. (1-3) Those yet in captivity are encouraged. (4-6)” - Matthew Henry Concise” Psalms 127 “The value of the Divine blessing” - Matthew Henry Concise” Psalms 128 “The blessings of those who fear God.” - Matthew Henry Concise” Return to Admenu -  Admenu’s Alternate Site Dear Saints, Today we prayerfully continue our Feast with three chapters in Psalms 126,127 &128.  In Psalms 126 The Psalmist is simply stating that those saved will encourage those who haven’t yet been saved.  If we are joyfully saved we must live our life as an example openly thanking God for the blessings.  “6 He who goes out weeping, bearing the seed for sowing, shall come home with shouts of joy, bringing his sheaves with him.”   Psalm 126:8  - English Standard Version (ESV).  In Psalms 127:5 the Psalmist says Lord will put a hedge around those living for God, His children are like a full quiver to an Archer.   We must be sincere in living our life as an example of our faith (see 2 Peter 2:4-5).  You may be able to fool strangers.  There are a few who you can’t fool God or your children! We must remain ready for the return of Jesus setting the example for those who may be redeemed through God’s gift His son Jesus. “1 Blessed is the man who walks not in the counsel of the wicked, nor stands in the way of sinners, nor sits in the seat of scoffers; 2 but his delight is in the law of the Lord, and on his law he meditates day and night.”  2 Peter 3:10-11 – ESV.  The bible does tell us not to judge others but God expects us to discern because we are not to have fellowship with sinners (See Psalm 1:1-2).  Father let us share Jesus’ love your word for in it we find salvation and joy! Hallelujah!
