The Best of the Feast
Death Swallowed Up Forever!
“7 and the peace of God, which
surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ
Jesus.” Philippians 4:7 New King James Version (NKJV).
Please
join with us sharing God’s Word daily. We spend about fifteen minutes a day
praying and reading every word in God’s Word in approximately three years.
Dear Saints,
Today we prayerfully continue our
Feast by reading Isaiah Chapter 25. Today’s Feast begins with a
song that (see Isaiah 25:1-5) extols
God’s victory over spiritual enemies. The reception of the
repentant believer is likened (see Psalm 63:5) to a feast. In triumph,
joy and praise the saints will enter into the joy of the Lord; “11 And He
will spread out His hands in their midst As a swimmer reaches out to swim,
And He will bring down their pride Together with the trickery of their hands.
12 The fortress of the high fort of your walls He will bring down, lay low,
And bring to the ground, down to the dust.” Isaiah 25:11-12 NKJV. Approaching
God faithfully with joy and thanksgiving (see Psalm 95:2, 26:7, 50:14 ) is a theme that encourages God’s
faithful throughout God’s Word. The faithful saints are those who stand
by Jesus through thick and thin; “12 Blessed is the man who endures
temptation; for when he has been approved, he will receive the crown of life
which the Lord has promised to those who love Him.” James 1:12 NKJV. Believers
in Jesus are blessed because of their faith in God (see Romans 1:16-17) in every aspect of their
lives. Because of their faith in Jesus all things will work for
the good of those who are called (see Romans 8:27-28) according to God’s purpose. Saints
because we love Jesus and are sealed by the Holy Spirit we are called (see Romans 10:14-16) to share the good news with
the whole world. If the Lord is willing I will write and post the Feast
tomorrow.

You,
