7th Year 11-12 Edition 3 – Luk.17
l The Feast l
July_16_2012 Luke 17
Dear Saints,
I pray you had a blessed weekend. I want to thank everyone who replied to concerning the questions I asked in the weekend Feast. Today we prayerfully continue Feasting in Luke 17. I’ve said many times that Jesus has a mission for every person saved. If you’re not sure what your personal mission is pray and ask our father to reveal it to you. In the meantime brothers in Chapter 17 of Luke, Jesus tells us how we need to act in relation to our sisters and brothers;“1 And he said to his disciples, “Temptations to sin are sure to come, but woe to the one through whom they come! 2 It would be better for him if a millstone were hung around his neck and he were cast into the sea than that he should cause one of these little ones to sin. 3 Pay attention to yourselves! If your brother sins, rebuke him, and if he repents, forgive him, 4 and if he sins against you seven times in the day, and turns to you seven times, saying, ‘I repent,’ you must forgive him.”” Luke 17:1-4, English Standard Version (ESV). If you have been saved then, you are a soldier engaged in God’s mission. God doesn’t commission undercover saints. It is important for all of us to understand that we are at war. “11 Put on the whole armor of God that you may be able to stand against the schemes of the devil. 12 For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the cosmic powers over this present darkness, against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly places. 13 Therefore take up the whole armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand firm.” Ephesians 6:11-13 ESV. That being said it is good that this Feast is an important to in your armory. The Feast also fills another need in that reading from God’s Word our faith is increased. “For in him the whole fullness of deity dwells bodily, and you have been filled in him, who is the head of all rule and authority. ” Colossians 2:9-10 ESV. Continue on, keeping the first thing first. That is salvation through the blood of the Lamb, Jesus. I am not a Theologian. So if I’m mistaken in the Feast or you want something added or changed on the prayer list. http://www.admenu.com/am/praise.html. Please write mlitew8@yahoo.com. To correspond with a pastor email Pastor Glen; evangelistglen@yahoo.com. If the Lord is willing I’ll send and post the Feast again tomorrow.
The Feast
Don’t get caught up in “religion”, it is about a relationship. Our salvation depends completely on God! We are the Saints that Jesus sacrificed his life to pay in full for our sin, when we repent and accept Jesus. He will come to get every Saint; “…But concerning that day and hour no one knows, not even the angels of heaven, nor the Son, but the Father only.” Matthew 24:36. We are building our relationship with Jesus right now, do not wait while you try to change anything.
God Bless you,
Brother Mike

“Therefore God has highly exalted him and bestowed on him the name that is above every name, so that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, in heaven and on earth and under the earth, and every tongue confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.” Philippians 2:9-11 ESV.
