Share God's Love!

Today’s Feast

Dec. 3, 2015 – I Samuel 20

Share God's Love!

Please join with us sharing God’s Word daily. We will spend about fifteen minutes a day praying and reading every word in God’s Word in approximately three years.

35 Jesus said to them, “I am the bread of life; whoever comes to me shall not hunger, and whoever believes in me shall never thirst.John 6:35, English Standard Version (ESV).

Dear Saints,

Thank you for joining us, as we prayerfully and faithfully continue the Feast in 1 Samuel Chapter 20; David consults Jonathan. (1-10) Jonathan's covenant with David. (11-23) Saul, missing David, seeks to kill Jonathan. (24-34) Jonathan takes leave of David. (35-42)” - Matthew Henry Concise.

Today we read in 1stSamuel David consults Jonathan, concerning the heart of Saul. Jonathan’s covenant with David is to be brothers on the Lord. Saul, missing David, makes inquiry of his son. Jonathan tells his father David went home to be with his family. Now Saul seeks to kill Jonathan. Jonathan takes leave of David saying the Lord will be between them and their children. “41 And as soon as the boy had gone, David rose from beside the stone heap and fell on his face to the ground and bowed three times. And they kissed one another and wept with one another, David weeping the most. 42 Then Jonathan said to David, “Go in peace, because we have sworn both of us in the name of the Lord, saying, ‘The Lord shall be between me and you, and between my offspring and your offspring, forever.’” And he rose and departed, and Jonathan went into the city.I Samuel 20:41-42, ESV. Look at David, God has revealed that his brother in the Lord is faithful and loving. We are to share God's love with our brothers and sisters; 9 Now concerning brotherly love you have no need for anyone to write to you, for you yourselves have been taught by God to love one another,1 Thessalonians 4:9, ESV. Lets keep the first thing first! That is salvation (John 3:16) through the blood of the lamb, Jesus. If the Lord is willing I’ll send and post the Feast again tomorrow.

You’ll find the praise and prayer list at; admenu.com/prayer.html. Prayer request or Praise reports can be sent to brother Mike at; mike@admenu.com

Don’t get caught up in “religion”, it is about a relationship. Our salvation depends completely on God! We are the Saints that Jesus sacrificed his life to pay in full for our sin, when we repent and accept Jesus. He will come to get every Saint; “36 “But concerning that day and hour no one knows, not even the angels of heaven, nor the Son, but the Father only.Matthew 24:36, ESV. We are building our relationship with Jesus right now, do not wait while you try to change anything. Click this link for more information; admenu.com/calling.htm .
